The complete Personal Data for my name was sent to me two days ago. I downloaded it, but it was not decipherable nor readable.
If the complete Personal Data had been sent in Word or some other common composition form, I might have been able to open it up in a READABLE form. But it was sent with a .zip form, and I could find no way to unzip it. As a result, the whole download was of no use to me whatever. I deleted the whole download as USELESS. Email webpage new look/design is the worst
Your New Look is horrible. Once the email is opened, there is only 3" of space to read the actual mail, the rest is garbage data.
The title that has the sender's info, date time, (only few word) takes almost 2" of space, and now you added another mindless task, the words: REPLY or FORWARD in extremely large letters that is taking 1" space to the bottom of the page. You have left only 3" of space for the IMPORTANT EMAIL details.
Why can't you make things easier and more BASIC to understand and read?

Show all Yahoo email accounts so we can switch between them easily like we used to be able to do.

I miss the old search function
You have significantly weakened your search function. What happened to searching by folder? I used to be able to search by subject or sender within just one folder. That doesn't appear to be the case anymore. Why did you take it away?

bubbles are bad
Your new design of bubbles are bad. It is difficult to read. It does not promote a professional look. I am extremely disappointed in the new design. So many of my very important emails went to spam. I have one account that I use for professional/office purposes, and I will have to leave you for a Gmail account. In addition, I will pay for the Gmail account because at least they provide a professional look to the email that doesn't look like silly bubbles. This is serious and BTW I am a medical professional and do not appreciate the changes…

Get rid of the "primary" tab. It shouldn't exist and it should NEVER be the default view
I do not need AI to tell me which of my e-mails are "primary". I am perfectly capable of reading and sorting my own e-mail, thanks very much. This is very off-putting.

Sort by sender
I followed the instructions "Sort By Sender - This is still a sorting option, but you must disable Conversation view under your Settings. Then you will see "Sender name"" and it still doesn't work. Please for the love of all that is Holy, fix this. It is maddening.

Add option for 2 lines under message preview
Currently I can only see the beginning of the message and not even a full line on the message preview. I would like to see the complete line 1 that might allow me to see the Amazon order number or what they want. I have so many Amazon messages that look the same with the limited preview line. I need to be able to pick the email that I want quicker.

inbox is too crowded, need more space between emails, do NOT like or need the side panel. Prefer my folders and email list only.
The inbox is too hard to read, each line is very crowded together and it is also hard to discern between unread and read emails. Need more spacing between each line for clarity and easier to read.
The side panel that you can not minimize or close also adds to the congestion of the main page.

No Link To Attachements
In the previous version of Yahoo Mail, the paperclip icon at the top of the email body took you to the attachments at the bottom of the email body when clicked on. This was very convenient and reduced unnecessary scrolling to get to attachments.
The paperclip icon in the new Yahoo Mail doesn't have this feature. Nothing happens when you click on it.

Folders
Don't like the new format, but I would be happy if the expanded view of folders could be left on (create a toggle). In a way, folders functioned as the categories do now.

Please show actual email address of sender
Previous Yahoo email would show full/actual email address from sender.
This was very useful for identifying spam.
I do not see this in the new Yahoo email.
Please add it back.
I know I can read "raw" email, but hard to find sender address within the gobbledy gook.
