  1. Acknowledge that some errors are Yahoo's, not user error, and recover my emails

    Give more than 7 days lee-way for recovering disappeared items, and accept on the request form that it's not always a user-error.

    I now have zero confidence in Yahoo's ability to maintain my e-mail securely and effectively.

    How do I set up a yahoo.co.uk email address? The default is yahoo.com but I want yahoo.co.uk.
    I cant find anything in the FAQ or help section on this at all.

  13. You must show how many "Spam" we have in our account.

    Need you to show me in the "SPAM" icon how many ones do I have. Because if I don't see anyone on it, I don't check them. So it's very harmful for me.

  17. have someone we can speak to

    Maybe, just maybe, it would be nice to speak to a customer support advisor. The help site is for vague issues, there is a chat bot that says would you like to speak to someone and then it says there is no one available. Don't suggest it then! I am infuriated. I just need help on how to restore my calendar and there is nothing.

  18. filtering doesn't work

    I have 129 filters created out of 500 allowed. Last 3 to 4 months I have started getting so many spams in my spam folders that I can't ignore checking my spams as sometimes some genuine emails also end up in spams. Yesterday few filters I created and today from the same sender which contains the filtered word, I have 8 more spam emails. Please help me to improvise your filtering emails to really filter such emails to trash.

  19. What's Gone Wrong?

    This New Yahoo Mail is the worst I have ever seen. Basic was perfect, elegant and functional. New Yahoo Mail is out of focus where once the imagery was sharp and focussed. The email headings are tuck away to one side. I have to manually reduce the size of each email because the only option I have is large! What's gone wrong?

    The New Yahoo eMail is HORRIBLE. 1) Make it so One can have all of their eMails that are already in the Inbox Read or UnRead in the Inbox, like before this New Garbage eMail came out, instead of having a separate Unread Box. 2) Make it so one can copy a portion the subject of the eMail without having to open the eMail up Like before this new implementation of the New eMail. 3) Allow one to have separate pages of 25 eMails like the Old eMail had so that one can check all the eMails and either Delete…
