  1. Acknowledge that some errors are Yahoo's, not user error, and recover my emails

    Give more than 7 days lee-way for recovering disappeared items, and accept on the request form that it's not always a user-error.

    I now have zero confidence in Yahoo's ability to maintain my e-mail securely and effectively.

    There is no explaination about why it is not possible to create a yahoo.co.uk email address.
    If it is possible, there is no way to find the instructions within the help pages.

    How do I set up a yahoo.co.uk email address? The default is yahoo.com but I want yahoo.co.uk.
    I cant find anything in the FAQ or help section on this at all.

  13. You must show how many "Spam" we have in our account.

    Need you to show me in the "SPAM" icon how many ones do I have. Because if I don't see anyone on it, I don't check them. So it's very harmful for me.

  18. Your Chat Bot isn't helpful, you allow predatory ads in inboxes, and your form has a character limit but doesn't display it

    I had a recent conversation with your chat bot where i asked repeatedly how to report a predatory/ scam ad that Yahoo Mail allowed to be displayed in my inbox, and every time I asked, it said it would provide me with instructions, and it did not. I can provide the transcript. It didn't give me any other useful resource for reporting the issue NOR did it provide me with alternatives to report how poorly the chat handled the conversation.

    I've been trying to reach a person for weeks now and have gotten no where with fixing my log in issues. At this point I'll be switching over to a different email since I cannot receive the help I need. I had to make a new email just so I could continue to work normally.
