  1. Changing your email address to your new one without losing your folders etc,

    When changing your email address to a new one because I am receiving too much spam. But I need to keep everything the same, folders, photos, etc. Please can you contact me on this number 00447580489859 so we can discuss this further, then we can together resolve this for anybody else that may have the same or similar problem?

  2. Acknowledge that some errors are Yahoo's, not user error, and recover my emails

    Give more than 7 days lee-way for recovering disappeared items, and accept on the request form that it's not always a user-error.

    I now have zero confidence in Yahoo's ability to maintain my e-mail securely and effectively.

    How do I set up a yahoo.co.uk email address? The default is yahoo.com but I want yahoo.co.uk.

    Need you to show me in the "SPAM" icon how many ones do I have. Because if I don't see anyone on it, I don't check them. So it's very harmful for me.

  18. Want to switch it back to classic

    I prefer the old look but I can't find a way to switch it back to classic. I'm an elderly person who doesn't like changing something I'm used too that works. If I had another Email site available, plus every site and app in my computer is tide to Yahoo. I would drop Yahoo
