Dear Yahoo bosses, my portfolio value is not growing anymore!
As the title clearly suggests, since you've implemented the new portfolio view, MY PORTFOLIO value simply stopped growing. You need to revert to the classic view please, before I move to another provider! Hhhhh!

The new portfolio is too tight. Allow for a blank line after each stock is listed. Second, the column to the right of my portfolio, entitled "Quote Lookup" takes up too much room and, in fact, I do not want it at all. That column results in my portfolio not being wide enough so when I want to work with options I am forced to go to the bottom of the portfolio to move the bar (?) to the right. This is very time consuming, incredibly inefficient and simply put, extremely annoying.

condense portfolio
Portfolio's better this morning. Quote Lookup right side bar width is smaller. One can read more of the information on a portfolio. Still can not scroll to the right to see the rest of the infromation. Condense oprion to shrink rows is still missing. If your leaving the quote lookup on the right side bar which I hope you dont make it colapsaple. Honestly I barely ever use the quote look up. If I want to change a symbol I type it in the address bar.

impossible to download portfolio in FireFox
I can download my portfolio in Chrome, but almost never in FireFox. But I prefer to use FireFox. Please fix this.

Bad ticks in minute charts
It seems that over the last couple months, many charts displayed using less than 1 day bars have bad data, also known as bad “ticks”. In the past, this was often the case with futures such as GC=F, but I just tried looking at a 5 min SPY chart and it was useless to any technician with some 5 minute bars spanning over a 20% price range. These errors makes charts unusable for short term technical analysis.

Cannot choose columns in All Portfolio Holdings -> My Holdings
You give an option to create multiple views in "my portfolios", but can you provide the same when I go to "All Portfolio Holdings" -> "My Holdings". By "views", I mean the list of columns.

Add 3 month chart option back to mobile version
On your new charts, the quick click option for a 3 month chart is missing on the IOS mobile version. I shouldn't have to manually change the dates every time, when 3 months is a standard industry option, just like the rest.

alteration to Portfolio totals
sir,
My 'ALL PORTFOLIO HOLDINGS' seems to include various sub-totals like Profits realised, cash holdings.
I wish it show me a running total of JUST the portfolios.
Can this be achieved, either my customising it [ need help to achieve] OR perhaps if you agree alter the calculations of this figure at your end.
Please help, so i can view actual running totals of just the various portfolios at any given time.

Stop messing with what was a good thing
Been using Yahoo Finance for 20+ years because of it's simplicity and specificaly BECAUSE it has no bells and whistles. Undo every change you've made in the last 10 years. Don't change the site ever again. I don't want any videos playing or ads. The Holdings feature gets worse and worse with every change. The whjole site has become unusably bad and I'm looking for another site now.

'NO TAX' is FAKE NEWS!
I guess I'm a bit surprised that Folks aren't doing the math on these 'NO TAX' promises.
Re: Overtime, there is a cap of $12.500. So, if you make $20 hr. and time & a half=$30, only 8 hrs. of overtime per wk. is 'NO TAX'. Of course, if you make more than $20 hr. it will be less than 8 hrs.
Re: Tips, the cap is 25K. So, if you're a waitress you can earn up to $480wk in tips before they are taxed. They get approx. $100 a month, $25 a week, savings by this supposed "NO TAX".…

The top row does not lock when scrolling. Feature worked not long ago. This has been reported multiple times but no one has bothered to fix it.

Yahoo Finance Portfolio Custom View - bug in setting column order under Firefox
Web Browser - Firefox, latest version, clean. The functionality works correctly under Chrome. Steps to reproduce
- Create a new custom view - success
- Use checkboxes to add/remove column - success
- Use "Column Order" functionality - the functionality works, however, when applied and you return to portfolio view, some of the columns are reordered in random order - eg not where they were intended. Eg, "1-year estimate" always move to the second position, etc.
- When going back to "Edit", the column are shown in new (eg corrupted) order.
- It seems that some specific columns are always ordered correctly, while other "float…

Price Alerts in Desktop Application
The phone app version of Yahoo! Finance is far superior to the desktop application and it is frustrating as a Gold Member to not be able to use like features across both platforms, including basic functions like price alerts and my holdings info. I noticed the 'My Holdings' info has been added recently to the desktop application when I am on a stock that I hold, which is great, although the information that it shows once again differs from the information on the same page on my phone app. Consistency makes for a better user experience.
