1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

   I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

2. Don't get rid of notepad!

   Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
   I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.

5. Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

   Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

   Current options are :
   Free: 15 GB || £1.99/ mo: 100 GB || £9.99/ mo: 1 TB

   Can Yahoo come up with something like 50GB and amount payable quarterly/half-yearly/yearly?

8. Deliver all mail

   Please accept and forward emails that are sent from ".Realtor" email addresses. These seem to be blocked and the sender is not getting a bounce back report. Is Yahoo just deleting them?

11. Email recovery option does not work

    The Yahoo Mail Restore Request form is not working.

    I am trying to recover emails deleted following an account compromise, and I am still within Yahoo’s 7-day recovery window.

    When I complete all required fields and click “Create request”, the form does not submit. It simply loops back to the same page with no confirmation and no case/reference number.

    I have already:

    cleared Yahoo cookies/site data;
    signed out and back in;
    tried multiple browsers; and
    tried accessing the form through Contact Us.

    The same issue occurs every time.

    Please investigate this as a technical error urgently, as users could lose the opportunity to recover deleted emails while the restore window is still open.

12. Stop sending email replies to the Spam folder

    I know this shouldn't be a revolutionary idea, but when someone replies to an email I've sent them, their reply shouldn't end up hidden away in my spam folder. This should be even more so when I'm 5 emails deep in conversation about important stuff and I'm sitting there not getting half the conversation because the other half has decided to put itself into Spam.

15. constant asking for pw in outlook

    Outlook needs to work better - off and on for 2 yrs, right now 4 days straight, outlook keeps coming up saying sign in - use a passkey (I dont have one setup) - then use pw - and works for an hr - then it asks again - and again - and again for days on end. I've removed it - i've tried a new pc profile and new install outlook - i've removed windows oauth creds for yahoo - i've tried it all - it's a never ending issue for yahoo mail in outlook. works fine for a few months (though SUPER SLOW - often send receive for yahoo will take so long a 5min 2fa code emailed is expired... yet my other mail accounts work fine in outlook - and i have a 2yr 16core pc with 64gb ram, 1gig fiber hardwired so you can't blame my pc)... it's yahoo ... in outlook - no other email domain has issues but yahoo... this needs to finally be fixed please

    as said and grateful not to be approached about it and know messages only appear short term and as put in feedback to yahoo mail and outlook mail, I suspect impersonation on web cos I am vulnerable on support order or vulnerable to some extent. I have had impersonation on Facebook, e bay and Talk Talk til I changed to BT but no essential effect. I have been victim of international scam Chinese English that did not connect on call back dreading id fraud but it stopped after twice to mobile last year. I have partly sorted issue with Halifax bank address id doubt on phone but verified next time. It is with omb udsman and going to comment to Halifax on line today. The window clean firm says someone up street impersonated me and tried use fraud account. I said what I felt back of it and put names and initials on feedback e mail sites and to gov phishing but not sure if frauded off and read by wrong persons. I would like to say a while ago I felt it may help me using encryption on yahoo, and it worked for a while and cross referenced me to outlook mail code e mail from yahoo codes or to mobile to verify then for last 2 weeks this stopped but last 2 days as I used e mail notify messages came to me saying yahoo encryption had been used. I would like to ask any impersonation is stopped. That is all I am stopping saying dread of who and how. T Allott Barnsley Yorks, I normally do not get messages about encryption just use it. I am also wondering about Ikea where I maybe naively use family card to get free coffees and teas on their policy weekdays. I hope yahoo mail can identify if it is real Ikea sending e receipts of coffees and teas I have, I am asking customer services Ikea later what is going on, is it just me being used for profile, other day at cash desk the assistant asked as if someone was profiling me did I want my coffee today. I am on long term mental health disabled status after bad experience and wondered if cultural chat was trying rig me up. I do not want ideas of state schemes and gov schemes being messed with by offered bad status and powerplay, saying I am a posh lady to pay for coffee for that would disqualify me from free democratic access to free family card coffee in Ikea, that is free to anyone weekdays no matter what their status in life, I do not want playing with for money and try not worry if such power play is going on, finance and culture fixing, that anyone can interfere with my u credit support order money, or any discretion in society for having under £16000 savings, please guard against this but I sometimes kind of get esp and feel for a rare thing the set up may have been a protection but do not want the receipts and am asking Ikea what is going on, and if they continue it worried me and I will just buy the odd coffee or tea there without using family card, thanks, hope these issues can be taken on.
