  1. Stop Showing Ads in Yahoo Mail+

    When I signed up for Mail+, one of the key benefits was an ad-free experience across Yahoo. Since then, that benefit has disappeared, and they've even reduced the amount of inbox storage available. Yet I'm still paying for the "no ads" promise.

    So imagine my surprise when I opened my inbox and was greeted by a massive promotion for 50% off the first year of Monarch—presented as a special "perk" for Mail+ users. But let's be honest: it's an ad. And not a subtle one, either. It's huge.

    When I change my password, for security reasons Yahoo mail should close any active usage of my email that logged in with the prior password.

    Quit holding my e-mail page *******.... I care less about your ads that ONLY I have to see.... I care less about your "new mail". I just would like to see an adult response in putting my e-mail page back were it was before you took over and destroyed it. Once upon a time before you "yahoo" came along, I had a whole page....

  11. I dont need your stupid double factor protection

    I dont need your stupid double factor protection. Every time I open email from browser with VPN it demand to confirm that is me and enter code from SMS or from another mailbox. The problem is I may not be able to receive SMS or email coz another email also demand double factor confirmation, same as yours. Same situation happen when I am physically in another country, I just cannot open email coz my SIM card is not working in that country. TURN OFF all identity confirmation, as soon as entered password is correct, that means the user is myself…

  12. troubles with logging in my account

    I have been using the same password for years on my account and i use it yesterday as well but this morning i can't and the way you explain it not working cause when it sends a code to my other email i can't get into that one either..they way you have it setup it is a no go. do it like gmail is do a new password gain on the same page and not have to send it to another email.this way it would work better

  14. Offensive Language in Subject or Address lines

    I need yahoo mail to just filter out all the filthy language that appears in my email. It is very upsetting for me to have to look in my spam folder and see all the disgusting language that appears. I would like Yahoo to simply filter anything that has filth in the "subject" or "address" lines.

  15. Time zone incorrect on emails

    All incoming and outgoing mail is time stamped (and incoming mail is displayed) as UTC time, not Eastern US, where I'm located. Settings in calendar are correct, and I can't find any other setting to correct this.

  18. Get rid of annoying pop ups

    There are constant annoying pop ups a right navigation pane I did not create. I am perfectly able to open my own mail without this help. It's annoying and distracting. How can I get rid of it?

  20. Halfway down

    Literally my emails only start HALFWAY DOWN the page on the phone. And I can only see 2 1/2 emails on the page. The Top Half is headings and advert.
