Ads take too much room on reading pane
I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

Don't get rid of notepad!
Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.

Stop Showing Ads in Yahoo Mail+
When I signed up for Mail+, one of the key benefits was an ad-free experience across Yahoo. Since then, that benefit has disappeared, and they've even reduced the amount of inbox storage available. Yet I'm still paying for the "no ads" promise.
So imagine my surprise when I opened my inbox and was greeted by a massive promotion for 50% off the first year of Monarch—presented as a special "perk" for Mail+ users. But let's be honest: it's an ad. And not a subtle one, either. It's huge.

Drop the yahoo email plus upgrade
Yahoo has decided to post a pop up ad on my e-mail for ymail+ to upgrade to ymail+. I do not wish to purchase it and I can not delete your pop up they re appears every time I go to delete a message. I notify chat and they told me it can't be delete and to complain to you, Now I have been with yahoo for over 25+ years and I don't appreciate the way this is being handled. Better help option
I was having difficulty opening my folders with the newly designed Yahoo mail. Also, could not start a new folder. Was not easy to find help with this issue, so I went on the chat and Tom directed me to the instructions and it worked great. Top Notch Tom!

Get real customer support to represent your brand!
Dont hire RUDE people!!!! Adeline needs to be fired or demoted and she is a poor resemblance to YAHOO "SUPPORT" she has ZERO customer service finesse!!! and did not listen to the issue...My time is worth money as well! So maybe you need to revamp your customer service training, education program or screen employees far better!

remove non-federal holidays
Please make the squares for the days highly visible and allow searches for categories such as travel or medical (to search for doctor appointments, prepare for appointments, etc.) AND, remove non-federal holidays. Allow people to add their preferred holiday calendars, but don't clutter the basic one!!

Classic Yahoo Mail
Bring back the classic yahoo mail. It was way easier to use and not everyone wants their email telling them what it thinks is important. I do not like the new email.

Sorting on sender under folder UNREAD
Sorting. Please provide sorting on SENDER when reading/choosing UNREAD folder so we can see how many mails we have got from one sender and so it's easy to choose all from one sender in one go.

Fuller page view for contacts
The view provided for contacts is too limited. My address books needs to be reviewed and updated. I find it very difficult to review it with small window provided. Why can we not have a fuller page view for contacts like the one provided for the calendar?

Inbox ads
RE: Yahoo Mail Inbox....All of a sudden about an hour ago ads started appearing at the bottom of my Inbox. It's taking up about 1/4 of the viewing screen. How do I get rid of it?

Make it work again
The new Yahoo Mail on Safari is terrible. The scrolling of the messages is not smooth. I can't access the unread button, which is now buried under the three dots. The colors are too bright and not customizable as they used to be. The whole experience was downgraded. And instead of fixing it, you are adding gamification features. Makes no sense at all.

Keep Notepad! Or at least keep it available and/or make it easy to download docs in usable form.
I'm wondering if there is a way that I can download my Notepad files and use them without having to manually rename them all? It seems like it would be good customer service on Yahoo's part to make this possible;).
Also, truthfully I'm just a bit unsure why Notepad disappeared within days of the email notification despite the email saying Jan 15, 2027 . From the email "The Yahoo Notepad feature will be discontinued on 15 Jan 2027. Until then, you can continue accessing and downloading your notes." The Notepad has disappeared from my email page. It would be great…
