  1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

    I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

  2. Don't get rid of notepad!

    Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
    I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.
    Why are you doing this??

    I am trying to check how much storage i have used. Your website says this is available under "Settings" but it is not. Please make it easier to check on storage usage.

  4. "Account disconnected" with outlook, hotmail

    Yahoo is experiencing an error when adding mailboxes from Outlook and Hotmail; after accepting the request, a message appears saying "Account disconnected".

  5. Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

    Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

    Current options are :
    Free: 15 GB || £1.99/ mo: 100 GB || £9.99/ mo: 1 TB

    Can Yahoo come up with something like 50GB and amount payable quarterly/half-yearly/yearly?

    Why does it have to be monthly ONLY????

  6. Yahoo Mail offline on Mac.

    I cannot get yahoo to connect to Mac mail. None of the support documents helped. The AI assistant cannot help and there is not one at Yahoo to speak to. I spoke with Apple and they said the problem seems to be with Yahoo. Would be nice to have a human to speak with.

  7. Yahoo Mail name display different than main account profile

    Request assistance to resolve the Yahoo Mail display name difference on the mobile app/browser but main Yahoo account profile shows the original name display instead.

  9. Unable to Delete Message

    One specific email in my Yahoo Inbox cannot be deleted, archived, or moved. Other emails work normally. I reproduced the problem directly on Yahoo Mail in an Edge InPrivate window, so this is a server-side issue with this specific message. Unable to resolve. Please advise.

  10. Modify how emails are shown

    The amount of wasted space in my inbox because you mandate we have "by day" headers when sorting by recent is ridiculous. We already have the date on the right hand side. Why must we also be forced to see Monday, Tuesday, etc? Allow us to remove it!

  11. block sender in spam folder

    Not too long ago I could set to BLOCK SENDER for emails in Spam Folder. With what appears to be a recent upgrade, that option is no longer available with either the new version or classic version of yahoo mail using Firefox IOS.

  12. Please do not overrid the sender's name with 'Yahoo Mail'.

    I have updated my sending display name in my account settings, but Yahoo webmail stubbornly overrides it and displays 'Yahoo Mail' to my recipients. This is a privacy issue and a corporate glitch that user settings cannot fix. Please resolve this database auto-linking bug.

  13. Have the weeks stretch in the monthly view!

    As in the past calendar, I like the monthly view. What I don't like in the monthly view is that the weeks don't stretch when a lot of notifications are made in a given day, like it was before. I would rather scroll the whole calendar when the weeks are stretched, than having to hunt and click to find hidden notifications because too many exist in a given day. Stretch and scroll, not hunt and click!

  14. preview panels in yahoo mail

    Three great ideas here...
    1. How about allowing pasted links from YouTube videos to automatically display their preview panels! You know, like I've been doing for over a decade until this latest forced update.
    2. How about, in the future, not eliminating features we've been using for years and referring to them as "new" or "improved" Yahoo changes! Eliminating the YouTube preview panels may be "new," but does it not "improve" Yahoo Mail for me.
    3. Allow users the choice to continue using the previous version! You know, like I was able to do when you rolled out all previous…

  15. Update your sodftware

    The latest version of you Android can only be described as BLOATWARE ! The logon push notification on the app does not work when one tries to use Yahoo mail via a browser on a PC.In the past it worked very well. It would prove to be very useful to fix this issue, otherwise it will be Gmail in the future (and no ads!).

  16. bring back themes and color options

    This new mail is awful. You took away a lot of good options and basically added in AI *.
    The absolute worst part is the appearance. Both the black and the bright white are impossible to look at and so *    *** the eyes. If you don't bring back theme/color options I'm out. An email service that gives me a headache to look at isn't going to do me much good.

  17. Make Folders Visible Again!

    Please make folders visible again instead of having to hover, click, and find a folder over and again. Users want fewer clicks and to save time and things easier. Hiding folders and making you hover, click and find every time is literally tripling the amount of time it takes to find an email. Horrible idea to remove making folders visible.

  18. How can I change back to classic layout of Yahoo inbox webbrowser version?

    I don't see the option to switch back in the setting or in the inbox. Using Google Chrome. I don't think the new layout is an improvement doesn't give good overview. Please help me to change back.

  20. Absolute junk folder

    Hi. Good day
    Add an extra folder for (absolute junk) as some spam can not be unsubscribed from.

    The next/previous triangles should be bigger.

    On the folder list, spam folder should be beneath "inbox" folder as spam is basically another inbox.
