  1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

    I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

  2. Don't get rid of notepad!

    Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
    I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.
    Why are you doing this??

    I am trying to check how much storage i have used. Your website says this is available under "Settings" but it is not. Please make it easier to check on storage usage.

  4. Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

    Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

    Current options are :
    Free: 15 GB || £1.99/ mo: 100 GB || £9.99/ mo: 1 TB

    Can Yahoo come up with something like 50GB and amount payable quarterly/half-yearly/yearly?

    Why does it have to be monthly ONLY????

  5. block/delete spam is not working

    block/delete spam is not working...doesn't delete emails, evrn thought the e address shows up in block list and also appears when hover over in spam list... have to delete seperately... waste of time and incorrect function and use expoectation.

    Please increase the number of "blocks" we can have. Currently, it is 1000.
    I mostly use it for spam and fraudulent emails.

    THERE APPEARENCE IS NOT GOOD, OLDER VERSION WAS MUCH BEETER. TO MANY OPTION ON MAIN SCREEN , KINDLY SWTICH BACK TO OLDER ONE THOSE WHO WANT.

  12. When will Yahoo Calendar restore public ICS sharing links?

    The page shows Calendar sharing links temporarily unavailable.
    We are developing a calendar integration system, and we depend on Yahoo Calendar ICS subscription links to sync user calendar events.

    We understand this feature is temporarily disabled for maintenance. Could you please advise:

    1. Why are the calendar ICS sharing links currently unavailable?
    2. Is there an estimated timeline to restore the ICS calendar sharing function?

    CalDAV is not a suitable alternative for our product scenario. We hope the ICS sharing function can be restored as soon as possible.

  13. Initial on Profile Icon does not shows both first and surname initial

    Our initial name display on our profile icon which only appear our firwt name initial and our surname initial was not been shown or display here. This is what I encountered. Please rectify.

    Every day I have to log in again to Yahoo Mail , despite selecting " keep me logged in " , which is exactly what I want.

  18. Sort unread emails by sender name

    For months I have asked for the ability to sort unread emails by Senders name whether it’s in the inbox or unread folder. Over a month ago, I was contacted by a supervisor and I provided information she requested. I have tried following up multiple times with no response. Is this how the company and management operates? Does anyone have any information to provided or will I keep getting ignored?

  20. mail search

    I can't seem to restrict my search to a particular mailbox any more. Also I can't search for keywords any more. It allows me very limited options to search -- mostly by sender. Not very useful.
