  1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

    I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

  2. Stop Showing Ads in Yahoo Mail+

    When I signed up for Mail+, one of the key benefits was an ad-free experience across Yahoo. Since then, that benefit has disappeared, and they've even reduced the amount of inbox storage available. Yet I'm still paying for the "no ads" promise.

    So imagine my surprise when I opened my inbox and was greeted by a massive promotion for 50% off the first year of Monarch—presented as a special "perk" for Mail+ users. But let's be honest: it's an ad. And not a subtle one, either. It's huge.

  4. setup dual verification logon correctly when using phone

    I would suggest that when setting up dual verification for peoples Yahoo id that any phone text verification messages containing the verification code are sent in the language default set in the user profile. I have English set as my default language but verification texts are coming through in Portugese with a 3 character verification number instead of the 6 character number expected.

  9. Add flexibility on security steps & specifically the new step of requiring texting a code before opening Yahoo emails.

    1) Yahoo does not have a place to take complaints about email. That must be great to be soooo big to not care about the individual users.
    2) We recently have been required to get a code texted to log onto our Yahoo emails. We do not want this additional security step. This is a desk top in our home with only two residents. We do not want or need it.
    3) Yahoo Customer Care team informed us that there is nothing we can do about it. Yahoo email requires the texted code for every client. They also said that…

  14. multi delete

    I have 1000 blocked contacts but I have to delete them one by one? Why can't I just empty the box in one go?

    Mind you I have realised the spammers keep changing their addresses so it only works with repeat offenders using the same address. Also "they will not be notified" Why not bounce it back and jam up their end?

  15. Attachment Bug

    Yahoo mail App for ios has a bug it shows pdf in smaller size than it actually before
    It shows the pdf in half the page only rather than full screen size
    This was not the case before as have been using yahoo mail app from past 10 years
    Hope you can resolve urgently

    Yep.
    Time to close my account. Just way too much spam, ads and unwanted mail. And no way to minimize. And too hard or impossible to navigate.
    Doubt you'll survive the year.

  17. emails being lost after hitting send

    After I hit send on my very thoughtful emails, they just disappear and never show up where I adressed them, nor do they appear in drafts, sent, outbox, archive, trash, or my own inbox. This is a recent development this las few days. June 16, 2026.
    Suggest emails don't get sent to oblivian and never found again. Suggest if an issue happens after sending, instead of just closing the screen, I be direced to a place my sent emai is awaiting attention.

    The "Show next message" setting displays the previous message instead of the next message. The issue is reproducible in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge and by clearing cache.

    I used a 14 day free trial of your yahoo plus. The trial expired, and now I want to upgrade to Yahoo plus.
    Are you aware that your flow blocks this behavior?????

    there is no way for someone who has used a free trial in the past to now purchase Yahoo Plus straightaway--you block it. Go ahead, try it and you'll see...
