  1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

    I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

  2. Don't get rid of notepad!

    Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
    I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.
    Why are you doing this??

  4. Cant find storage use data

    I am trying to check how much storage i have used. Your website says this is available under "Settings" but it is not. Please make it easier to check on storage usage.

  5. "Account disconnected" with outlook, hotmail

    Yahoo is experiencing an error when adding mailboxes from Outlook and Hotmail; after accepting the request, a message appears saying "Account disconnected".

  6. Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

    Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

    Current options are :
    Free: 15 GB || £1.99/ mo: 100 GB || £9.99/ mo: 1 TB

    Can Yahoo come up with something like 50GB and amount payable quarterly/half-yearly/yearly?

    Why does it have to be monthly ONLY????

  10. Printing time and date stamps on emails

    When printing out an email it doesn’t time and date stamp on the day. The email is generated. It just says “today“ or “yesterday“. This needs fixed, put a time and date stamp on the printouts.

    To Whom it may Concern:
    The new mail for Yahoo I do not like because it's so distracting. Why can't we have a choice to go back to the old email format if so wish ? You would be pleasing people does not like the new format like me ? and the people that like it can stay with the new look. Can you please consider giving us a choice ? I been with yahoo a long time and I really would like to stay.

  12. Return it to the old format

    The new Yahoo Mail is horrible. Most of my emails are gone--emails that I kept for reference or from deceased relatives or just items that I might need--all gone. I can't get them back and I did NOT ask for the new format.

    Dear Yahoo Customer Support,

    I have paid Yahoo Mail storage subscriptions for the following accounts, both billed directly by Yahoo International Limited:

    As I am based in Germany, I would like these subscriptions to be billed to my German company rather than to me as a private customer. I therefore need to add the company's legal name, registered address and EU VAT identification number to the billing details and invoices, with the reverse-charge mechanism applied where applicable.

    I have already checked the Yahoo Wallet and Subscriptions pages, but I could not find any option to enter company or…

    You've put me through an incredible ordeal! You're unacceptable! I have a Yahoo account, and I have to log in with just a password. First of all, it doesn’t work! The code can be sent to another Google account I have, which isn’t always convenient, but when I select my cell phone, it never sends me a code! I’m wasting a lot of time on something that should take just seconds! Shame on you! Instead of helping me, you’re making my life difficult! Find a solution! I demand it!

    Allow deleting alias. It picked up a lot of spam but you don't let me delete it. And the filter asking to move to trash emails addressed to my alias does not work
