  3. Easier ways to get help. The app isn't working.

    The latest yahoo app is not working correctly. It does not send emails and it struggles to receive all of them. I have to sign in online to receive. I do not wish to call, I do not have the time in my work schedule. An easy contact chat box or email address for support would be great.

  4. iphone üzerinden mailler alıcıya gitmiyor

    merhaba, android (iphone) telefonumdan mail geldiği zaman cevaplayamıyorum, gelen maili yanıtla dediğimde mesaj gidiyor ama mesajın üstünde (alıcı kısmının yanında ) kırmızı renkli draft yazısı beliriyor, maili kontrol ettiğimde gidenler kutusunda görünüyor ama alıcı kısmı kısmında kırmızı renkli draft yazısı duruyor fakat alıcıya mail gitmiyor, bugün başlayan bir durum, sadece pc'den mail yazabiliyorum ya da cevaplayabiliyorum, acilen durumun düzeltilmesini rica ederim

  5. It Sucks - All should be default and and it should be 'sticky' once selected

    Your app that only shows Primary - I should be bale to select ALL! and have it stay there.
    Also it took me 30 f'ing minutes to get your system to send a code to my email / phone
    Yet you will support with a credit card call , yet unable to text the stupid PIN to me as an option.
    Between the lack of useful content , and unable to get in and stay in and see what I want to see, I am switching over emails.

    Yes it will take time.

    I mean did you do any testing? …

  9. In the iOS Yahoo Mail app, please add back the ability to select the verified sender email

    Up until the last update, it was possible to select the "From:" email address when composing an email on the web and the iOS app, as long as the address was verified using the "send-only email address" feature. While this still works on the app, it is no longer possible to select the sending email address in the Yahoo Mail iOS app. (I am a paid Mail Plus user.)

  11. make the web mail interface keeping using the temporary address in the thread, instead of switching to a regular address

    Here actually is a great idea: If a temporary address (such as "abcdefg-blah@yahoo.com" was used for sending original email, after receiving a reply, and replying to it, make the web mail interface keeping using the temporary address for the thread instead of switching to a regular address.

    Why won't my "writing email" setting save the choice of "Medium" size text. It returns to "tiny" every time. I've been trying to change it for years. Please help!

  14. ads are taking too much space

    your ads are now blocking my ability to read my email. This is the exact opposite of what you want, I didnt log on to watch an advertisment and not be able to achieve my task of checking the email. If this is now status quo i will leave this and join another site like G mail that doesn't impeed my ability to check the email . the ads need to be smaller if i'm interested I will look further into the feature.

  15. Signing in and sort emails to a folder issues

    Dear Yahoo Mail
    For several days, I have been experiencing a problem while signing in. When I try to sign in, it either takes me to hit the next tab or to start over again to sign in, regardless of the correct password. Earlier, there was no such issue. Also, earlier there was an option to sort the emails to an assigned folder, but now I no longer see this option. Please restore this folder option and resolve signing-in issues.

  16. Mails not getting delivered getting error Code 554 Message not allowed - PH01

    For past few weeks I am not receiving mails sent from my Outlook mail from domain hansavacations.com. to my Yahoo ID - hansavacations@yahoo.com. I am getting the below mentioned error code. Please advise how to rectify this issue.

    I previously posted this idea and got the included response. As indicated in the original idea posting, i cannot find a non-pay support avenue to get this addressed and I do not have social media. Seems like a simple thing to get a way to address the random blocking of an email domain by Yahoo??

  20. Need to be able to select which device the login prompt gets sent to

    I needed to login on the laptop to Y mail. But I was in a layover and all I had access to was my phone. But the login prompt got sent to the tablet that was still on the plane !! You would not allow the prompt to be sent to my phone.
