    Hello. Although I have deleted over 500 emails from my Inbox, emptied Spam and Trash, I still cannot receive new emails. Please resolve the situation.

  3. Give more storage and stay with your strategy. Have better inbox cleaning tools

    After around 20 years with Yahoo, the sudden drop to a 15GB storage limit (from 1TB!) is unexpected and disappointing. Online reports of a 20GB limit only make the situation more confusing. To make matters worse, the mobile version is clunky for bulk-cleaning an inbox of this age. What are my options here?

  4. help in the storage capacity !

  5. Different colored stars, and ability to pin messages

    Could you give us different colored stars? That would be nice to have, a way to star with a certain color for certain levels of importance or different subjects.
    Also a way to pin a few very important messages.

  6. Bring the old version back

    The new Yahoo mail is not not good at all. I cannot read my messages and have to move my screen back and forth to see what the message is. Bring back the old version of yahoo mail
