Make restore easy
Very bad experience after long time I'm login to yahoo account again since 2022 but old emails was deleted ... And no way how to restore ... I want my offer letter for new joining but sad I can't find in the yahoo mail box please if have any method to get my old emails my documents my offer letter experience letter ... Please help me it's urgent

Keep selected emails grayed out
When you select multiple emails with a check mark, keep the selected ones grayed out so they look separate from the unselected ones. Also, find a way to make unread emails look bolder compared to read ones. This new design is more confusing and harder to navigate because there's not enough contrast.

why no unified inbox?
allow the option to revert back or allow the appearances and features of the old yahoo. why is there no unified inbox? we have to scroll to the bottom left and check if each mailbox has any new mail. There needs to be a unified inbox shown like the old yahoo mail.

THE NEW SYSTEM IS TERRIBLE
This new system is terrible. Now, I can no longer access my folders with emails on my iphone. This new change to the interface is absolute trash!!!! I should still be able to access my folders on my phone like I always have. This new update affecting the functionality of your email service s absolutely terrible and disgusting!

Make the actual mail section larger
The most important part of the email screen is the email. The huge screen has lots of navigation tools and unused space, but the actual mail, itself, is hard to read because the area devoted to it is so small. You can only read a few lines at a time, and you have to keep scrolling to read it. How about using some of all that empty space to make it larger so you can actually read the email comfortably.

New email is horrible, classic email was much better
This new email is not a positive change. What happened to the "delete all" function? There are only 2 bad options for appearance. The new features are useless and not needed.

NEW Look is TERRIBLE - zero contrast, impossible controls, no viewing area
this new look is impossible to use - why is the text light-grey/off white on an off-white background with blurry font text? it is IMPOSSIBLE to read; it needs to have SOME CONTRAST to make the text visible! Where are the control buttons? you can't even do the most basic tasks without any visible controls!

Reorder
It would be most useful if I could reorder the menu down the left side. I would raise Trash and Spam above the scroll, and demote things like Scheduled that I have no use for. Trash and Spam are important to check, and since you removed the actual number of entries from them, it is now even more of a pain because I have to scroll down to even see them.

Don't switch to newer versions without notifying the user before doing so.
Our staff works off of the same email, and when you switched to the new version, the look changed. Now it makes it even harder to recognize what has been opened, and not been opened. We have to learn this all over again. I wish we would have had some heads up or training.

Too many headers!!! you have 70% of my viewing screen covered with huge areas of headers!!! WHY???

Folders
I liked having my folders all visible for easy access rather than a separate button I have to click. I created my own Archive folder because Yahoo hid the Archive folder as well.

The new webpage is practically unusable in it's present form.
Far too much blank space, tiny fonts, not enough space to see subject line preview. It's just a mess.

I don't like the new version.
If I make a mistake in my deletions, it erases every email I tried to erase and I have to start all over again.
Also the email screen it too large for my computer screen and I have to keep moving things around so I can see the whole screen.PLEASE fix this or put me back to my old email platform!

Bring back day, month separators
Emails are now a long list which is not pleasing to the eye. I preferred the emails separated by dates (each day) and then the month.

Ads
The Ads look exactly like an email, except for it says Ad in tiny letters instead of a time. This invites unwanted scamming and potential for security issues for those of us that like our privacy. It would be helpful for Ads to be more obvious and contrasted to actual emails. Thank you.
