TIPS:
Disable Inbox Categories (All, Primary, etc) - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Inbox Categories.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Sort By Sender - This is still a sorting option, but you must disable Conversation view under your Settings. Then you will see "Sender name"
Disable AI Summaries - Go to Settings > AI features > Toggle Off

  1. Bring back the option to set filters for new messages. Every time I get switched to new yahoo, I go back to the old so I can retain this

  2. Make it possible to include screenshots in Feedback

    I HATE the conversion of emails to a layout that resembles a letter and omits all email functions. I'd show you if I could. I can hover over, and reveal, the email sender in the list but when opened, especially if it's text-heavy, it reverts to look like a letter. If I want a paper print of certain emails, including sender, date, etc., I must send it to the printer by selecting it from the list without opening it. When opened, all email information and functions (reply, delete, move, etc.) are absent. I've already opted out of all the AI…

  4. Allow users to keep old format!

    I am unable to find a setting to restore old format. I find the new lit hard to read. It may be my age! I liked the fact that I could see many more messages in a list and could set the font size. If it is still possible to use the old format, I would like to do so! chinabeth2003@yahoo.com

  10. no emails from people i don't subscribe to or know

    I keep getting emails form random senders that I owe money for this or that and more than not it is nothing i have ever ordered. please do something about this for me!

  11. remember the new email

    a couple of years ago, someone changed his email. I deleted the old one, multiple times, and repeatedly used the new one. Still, every time I type his name, the old one defaults again. Poor.

    New format is overly busy and confusing to me. Pop up windows in middle of screen very distracting. GIVE ME BACK THE CLASSIC FORMAT NOW. I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS.

  16. go back to the old format

    I can't see the items clearly because there is no contrast with the background. What were you thinking? You crammed it all too narrowly and it is impossible to see whether the email has been read or not. It takes a prolonged lingering over where the delete icon should be. I tried to go back to basic email but the link has been removed. Horrible non upgrade-very frustrating and not user friendly.

  18. Your new format doesn't let me sort by sender. Please bring that back ASAP!

    I want to be able to sort any folder, including the Inbox, by Sender or Subject to help me find a particular e-mail buried in a folder.

  19. Whoever designed the new Mail interface should be fired
