TIPS:
Disable Inbox Categories (All, Primary, etc) - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Inbox Categories.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Sort By Sender - This is still a sorting option, but you must disable Conversation view under your Settings. Then you will see "Sender name"
Disable AI Summaries - Go to Settings > AI features > Toggle Off

  1. Bring back the old version!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This is the worst version of yahoo. I will be changing email provider if you do not bring back the common sense! When I need to copy someone's email address during a reply, it does not let me because it only shows their name instead of the way it use to be (name <email>)! Everything about this new version is a pain in my ! No option to change to the lite version, no option to go back to the old version, nothing!   4. help for your so called customer service, in case you ever get one.

    I think I'm going to have to delete yahoo and go anywhere else, you no longer have customers, in need, you just have people who are stupid suckers to use your service, I'm not computer savvy and some are, but I need help from time to time, in yahoo, but you bunch of fruitloops think every one of your users are graduates from all schools of higher (eh) learning.   5. Bring back sort by sender filter

    You have crippled the search and sorting capability in the new interface. Quite honestly, I am no thrilled by the new browser look and feel. The classic look and capabilities was far superior. I wish you would give us the option to switch back to classic.

  6. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE CLASSIC VERSION!!!!!!!

    Please let us go back to the classic version! There is not one thing that I like about the new version. And the fact that you guys have "rewards" and "pop-ups" celebrating how many days someone uses their email is the most childish, lame, and Millennial idea you could have come up with! Yay, I used my email, I get a sticker!!!! Seriously? Stupid!

  7. Give us the option to go back to the Old Yahoo version.

    This is extremely problematic for those that are not fond of AI features, but find the "basic" version to be utterly neutered and almost malicious in how it's the only alternative present. Sorry, but I am gonna be working on dropping my Yahoo E-Mail in favor of a better e-mail system that won't be so terrible.

  8. Go back to the old view

    The new view is difficult to get used to--and by the way, we didn't ask for this change. New e-mails should be darker and bolder, and it's now harder to distinguish between those that have and have not been read. I'm wondering why something that didn't need to be "fixed" was altered?

  9. Option to hide the righthand sidebar in Yahoo Mail Plus, web interface

    I was recently "upgraded" to the new yahoo mail interface. I am looking for a way to permanently hide the right-hand sidebar. You can temporarily remove it with the arrows on the sidebar boundary, but it comes back whenever the page is refreshed. This just limits the space for the emails, while not giving me anything I need, and is very frustrating to always have to manually hide it whenever the page is refreshed. As a paying customer, I should not have to fight like this for such a basic feature.

  10. Stop the spam and malicious software

    You have to stop all the spam and malicious software I'm getting on a daily basis. What will you do and what can I do to limit these types of email?

  12. Include the option to search in only the INBOX

    While in the INBOX, using the SEARCH YOUR EMAIL option, add an OPTION for a SEARCH CRITERIA to limit a search to only the INBOX. Retain the current global search while in the INBOX. This was available in previous versions of Yahoo Mail.

  13. New update crashes constantly

    Since the new update a few days ago, while you are drafting an email Yahoo will glitch and kick you out of the email you were typing on, or worse, send the email half finished. This new issue happens several times per minute, making Yahoo almost unusable.

  14. BRING BACK CLASSIC MODE!

    The option to revert back to classic mode was available several times and now it's not there! I really much rather prefer the classic mode!!! Please let the user decide what mode they prefer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  19. Font too small & Many bugs while scrolling! Please fix!

    This new platform is super buggy and I am so frustrated using the new Yahoo Mail.

    1. The font overall is SO small. For anyone that is near sited, which is many people, this is too small! And there is no way to make the font bigger in your settings, so I have to zoom my screen which makes your ads, way too big and take up a large portion of my lap top screen. And the message screen not big enough. Super annoying. Please make the font bigger or allow users to be able to set the font size ourselves…
