Protect Starred/Tagged Emails from "Select All" Deletion
The 'Select All' feature is fantastic for quickly clearing junk. However, when 'Select All' is used, it includes emails that I have already marked as Starred (or otherwise "tagged important").
My suggestion is that the system should be designed to automatically exclude any emails that are Starred/Tagged Important when the user selects 'Select All' for deletion. This would prevent accidentally deleting priority messages while mass-clearing the inbox.
In short: Starred/Important emails should be protected from the 'Select All' function for deletion.

external images
Even though I have external images disabled in my settings, webmail (I'm using Firefox) is displaying those images anyway, with a message saying that they are shown by default, along with a link to the the settings. I've tried changing the setting back and forth just in case, and it still doesn't work.
This has only started happening with the recent site redesign.

Ads: Fake Checkboxes - Looks Like an Email
Ads in my inbox should not be permitted to look like a checkbox to get clicks.
I had an ad with a box that appeared to be a checkbox, I clicked and it took me to what appeared to be a malicious link. I think it is likely something as a scare tactic to sell some form of PC protection service.

Migration from Comcast
I've migrated from Comcast to Yahoo. There is no help available for technical issues on this migration.
The account that got set up for me at Yahoo is an IMAP account. l need it to be a POP account. The way to do this from my Mac OSX mail client is to delete the IMAP account and create a new POP account. I can delete the IMAP account on my Mac Mail client but I can't create a POP account. Improved Calendar Event Editing
When I edit an existing Calendar Event - change the date - then click on another field such as the time - the square calendar box where I selected the new date does NOT close. This makes it difficult to select the SAVE button. Please improve this.

I sometimes receive emails with Attached files, and it's important for me to easily read the Full File name of the attached files, and I'd like to do this w/o opening the file.
For example, if I am working on a project with someone and they are sending me attachments with file names that have a rev number in them or other information in the file name that gives me information on the file. backspace deletes emails that are being replied to
When I try to reply to an email and I hit the back space, at all, it deletes the entire email. I just hit the back space on a very important thread of emails and it permanently deleted the entire string of emails I have been trying to work out a return for an expensive product for. Email Search doesn't work for email older than approximately 9 years
Email Search doesn't work for email older than approximately 9 years - this has been a persistent problem that last for a long time, I'm just flagging it now as I was hoping it would be fixed with the new UI. It just doesn't work. For example, I can see email from "Kaggle" if I manually scroll to 2016 of before hand. If I search Kaggle onyl email up to October 2017 are shown though.

Function for removing emails is not working
The function for deleting all unread messages does NOT remove more than 100 even when I mark Remove all.
Please sort this out before askinfg your customer to pay for storage.Br

Yahoo Email display window layout
The Yahoo email display doesn't make good use of the display area. Files, folders, contacts and calendars etc... all need to be hidden but pop-out displays and allow the user to utilise the email lists and the window of the contents of the email usefully. ie. email lists + a window for a selected email's contents.

Allow to create small mailing list groups
It would be super helpful to create a group, like "Summer Vacation" or "coworkers" or "in-laws" and then add people to that group so later when I want to send an email (e.g. forward a photo from my phone I just took) to that group, I do not have to first save the photo, then look for the latest email to find the thread, then add the photo & send it, or manually add every recepient all over again, hoping that nobody is left out. Restore the ability to move folders that have sub-folders
I organise my holidays in folders. Each holiday has sub folders for flights\hotels etc. Once the holiday is done I want to move the whole folder to "Past Trips". I used to be able to do this but no longer can.
Here's what I have to do.
Create a new folder in past trips with a dummy name.
Move each subfolder in the current trip to the new dummy folder.
Move any mails in the main current trip folder to the new dummy folder.
Delete the original folder.

Update "More on Yahoo" menu in Calendar to match the one in Mail
Please update the "More on Yahoo" menu in the new version of Calendar to include icons next to the text (News, Finance, Sports, etc.), so that it matches the "More on Yahoo" menu that can be found when viewing messages in the new Yahoo Mail.

Adding email address to contacts
I've tried, unsuccessfully, to add email addresses to my contacts I couldn't get them to SAVE, because I never saw a SAVE BUTTON. . It must be operator error, but I am wondering if this is a glitch in the new system and others are having the same difficulty?
