Canceled game. Unable to contact yahoo fantasy sports.
The Bills/Bengals canceled games caused a serious problem for fantasy sports championships. Prize league Commissioners have no way to contact yahoo directly. There is no phone number. No ability to have live chat with an agent. The only option is to send an email to which no one replies. I created multiple requests and I still haven't gotten a response from yahoo. The canceled Bills/Bengals game is a very important situation that needs to be resolved. Yahoo suggested options in an article posted Friday. Prize league commissioners can not make the suggested changes without assistance from yahoo. But yahoo is not responding. This is a very bad way to do business. Very disappointed with yahoo. This is a turn-off.
