Free text a problem
I am trying to free text a problem. Has not worked so far. Actually, I need help with this problem:
I can no longer send email. I cannot see the box at the bottom of the screen. I have tried multiple times to be sure that size is not the problem. I cannot get it to show up, even after reboot, etc.97th ranked -

Comments not working
I am signed in but when I try to post a comment it is telling me to sign in. So I keep hitting the sign in button and it just keeps going to log/sign in. And it isn't my computer as it is only 2 weeks old

Empty trash problem
I tried to purge old emails. That resulted in 345.000 trashed emails. I am UNABLE TO DELETE THEM! I tried to empty completely, then a year at a time — nothing works. And yahoo is asking me to add storage space. I don’t want to!! I just want to empty the trash folder. HELP!!! I’ll have to stop using my yahoo account if I can’t fix this!

Restore being able to move items from the SENT box to the INBOX
There's no way to restore a SENT email into the INBOX so we can keep track of things we're working on! This is horrible! Please fix asap!

Advertisement is limiting the focus
I see your advertisement which are flashing on the right side of the mail box is something which frustrates me. Every then and now the ads are changing and flashing up which is limiting my focus on reading the mails. I don't know the marketing strategy of yours. But mailbox should be less distractive and more engaging within its feature. You should put the notepad option handy within that box instead opening it in new tab. And handle the advertisement in a way which distract less.

Stop blocking people, you don't agree with
Yahoo is blocking my comments, now, other times , after I post all other comments stop. At times they shadow ban me. I have turned off my phone. Log out. So it is you at yahoo

Show the spam mails in the spam folder

Stop Charging
My idea is stop charging for services that use to be free. I had my phone and computer stolen and Now I can't access my account though yahoo. It keeps looping me around and I get no where. I should charge you for the time you wasted of mine. Just help out people and don't be so greedy! You use to be my favorite email but it looks like I am going to delete my other accounts and find a new one but it is a shame because I have been a loyal customer for many years.

Get a live person to help out with our issues.
Your "Help" page doesn't help. In fact, you only help those you want to help. I called your "premium" help line and got a hospital of some sort. This for simply trying to add my new number to my account. Your system is NOT allowing me to add my new phone number. Nor does your system help with the process. Since last night I grew very frustrated with your ****** system. I can only imagine how others with more complicated issues feel. Get your ******* act together and help out with the process.

I only use Yahoo mail because COX gave you all of our e-mail accounts and forced us to use Yahoo. I use Microsoft Outlook to access my e-mails from your server. I don't want or need your stupid interface. Now you are going to put storage limits on accounts ?97th ranked
