  1. Were is the trash bin and spam bin need to send measage to inbox were is it my accountain foud a icon to go back to clasic,

    I need to go back to classic email i cant fine the trash bin or the spam bin so i can retrieve the email also were is the inbox to send email to my email.i started my email with yahoo in 2002, i seen change but this is the worse.I`m trying to go to gmail soon as i can send my classic yahoo email to them .

  2. Fix the broken link

    On https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN7776.html the link for the Yahoo Calendar Mobile Web is defective (has an extra "w" in it, typo). Also unclear if Yahoo Calendar is supported on mobile web; the corrected link (without the "w") drops one at the Mail Inbox, not the Calendar.

  7. STOP hijacking users accounts that HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN their password and forcing users to PAY to recover accounts that know their password

    Forcing users that still know their password to PAY for unnecessary "recovery" seems extremely predatory ESPECIALLY when BOTH THE USER NAME AND PASSWORD ARE CORRECT
    The level of dishonesty seems criminal considering it is for MONETARY GAIN

    Customer care has become predatory when they insist on forcing users to PAY for "recovery" of accounts that BOTH the user name and password are CORRECT and HAVE NOT BEEN FORGOTTEN

  9. Allow reporting of malicious content disguised as news or ads.

    Many ads lure you in and its actually a virus that flashes my computer is infected and my Microsoft or windows has the virus. I have a Mac and there there is no way to report the problem. It happens a lot and I cant understand why you sell ad space that contains this. I have to shut down my computer when it happens but I know some elderly people who are so scared they wont go back online.   11. Problem logging in with new version interface ?

    when logging in, it goes from Name, to Captcha, to "To many Tries, try back in 24 Hours" - it does even let me get to my Password.
    I use 2 factor authorization on this & almost everything else. So, when I can't get into my email, it creates problems getting in to everything else. This has happen twice recently.

  12. Fix the Edit function

    Fix edit problem in new version interface

    Fix the Text app - the edit function. If you cut, or copy and paste, it doesn't matter where you place your cursor,it pastes your selection above the TOP line.
    This is happening on my old Macbook, I haven't tested it on any version of Windows, on other computers. It started YESTERDAY, with the new version of the interface !

  14. Retrial of old email due to inactive id.

    I log on to the yahoo account & I have been gone to the yahoo id rajeev.parihar@yahoo.co.in where in my old emails are gone due to a new update. I had very important things in my email that i need to have back!!! fix this. As I have lots of document related to academics and Job. I would like to fix the old emails in new update or else provide separate access to old email. that would help me a lot. Kindly fix the issue as soon as possible.

  19. Please upgrade the yahoo homepage so that it works with other softwares.

    I have Dell desktop with windows 11. I could not access to yahoo homepage as well as yahoo mail after the system was updated. The message said check the proxy, the firewall as well as URL because the web site not secured. I did not have any problem before. Also another message said yahoo.com took too long to reach. But I used the old laptop with windows 8, I access yahoo homepage as well as yahoo mail are OK. I think the new security features of Chrome and Microsoft Edge are not compatible with yahoo.com. Please advice. Thanks.

    So, like many others I am complaining about the new homepage situation. Since I have clicked on "User Research studies for Yahoo Homepage, please fill out this form," I am getting spam from Rich Green trying to sell me the GoDaddy website name. Your link goes to something called Thynkster...it is spam and you are enabling it
