Ads take too much room on reading pane
I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

Don't get rid of notepad!
Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.

Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

Purchasing storage is ridiculous
It is ridiculous that now I’m unable to get emails unless I purchase more storage or start deleting old emails. Such a money grab.

Put the old emails back in inbox
I'm very upset that I cannot access my old emails, not even from two years ago. They simply don't exist anymore in my inbox. Probably you have deleted them.. That's very frustrating and unfair.

Changing our mail service without our consent to the change is fraud
Changing anything without our consent to the change is fraud. You signed an agreement with all of your users which means you DO NOT have the authority to change anything without their consent. That includes their inbox and home page.
This change is not only not wanted it has been implement in an unlawful fashion
You can not force this change on your users, since you do not have the right or the authority to do so without consent from all users.

There isn't a user of the newest "New" Yahoo that isn't gravely disappointed. Aside from the "All" mail glitch (so irritating that Yahoo puts out an unfinished interface!) is the overall visually challenging interface. Wanting to avoid the hassle abandoning my many-year account to use virtually ANY other free email option, I opened Yahoo on Chrome on an old Mac. It opened in the old Basic (way better than the new one) which offered an upgrade to the old (previous new) interface, now the currently retiring "classic.

I know I am using free Yahoo mail, but must I be constantly bombarded with the big lipped blonde woman in the paid Yahoo ad? It's a real turnoff and does nothing to encourage me to start paying for Yahoo mail.

The new Yahoo Mail sucks! I have 3 email addresses - one for almost 30 years. At some point, many years ago, Yahoo decided to put all the accounts together... that was fine. But now Yahoo has decided to separate them?!? And without warning!!! And now I can't access one of them. I am about to just delete everything - change my email on all my accounts, and not ever do ANY business with Yahoo ever again!!!!

I am a paying Yahoo Mail Plus subscriber, and I am extremely disappointed with the new desktop interface.
The permanent right-hand sidebar displaying starred emails is unnecessary, redundant, and takes up valuable screen space. There is already a Starred folder in the left navigation menu, so duplicating this information serves little purpose.
Worse, the sidebar significantly reduces the width of the actual inbox, causing email subject lines to be truncated even on a large desktop monitor.
