Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!
I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. Provide a way to monitor storage used
You've told me today that I have a maximum of 15Gb of free storage, and kindly informed me that I haven't already exceeded that. But you haven't told me how to monitor my usage. That is surely a basic requirement if you are going to impose such limits.

Hello, I order some goods from a dutch company and the confirmation email sent was written in dutch. Yahoo mail UI should have the feature which translates the dutch text into english text.

Make spam searchable.
Why can't I search my spam folder? I completely understand leaving it out of a standard search, but when I try to search in a specific folder the spam folder is not an option. I have a missing email from a company and naturally they say to search your spam folder first. Well, this was sent at an unknown time and I have thousands of emails in the spam folder. This customer service is totally dog *. I've locked my account accidentally trying log in. I've called several times today. Also chat with that useless bot option as well. Bring back ability to sort mail folders by sender and by subject. Used to be there but it was removed. I'm guessing to compel people to upgrade to the paid version of Yahoo Mail. The revenue Yahoo derives from subjecting users to all of the adverts in the free version should be compensation enough to cover those features.

empty spaces and ads
The new web yahoo mail interface on google chrome is plenty of empty spaces and ads but not space for emails or its content. Good to improve but something is lost. Thanks in advance. Best regards

1- si passer le stockage de 1000 Go à 20 avec retroactivité sur un mois est une ameliration , on ne doit pas avoir la meme definition de ce qu'est ameliorer .2- 3 autre choses qui sont l'inverse de ma conception de l'amelioration
- Utilité de repeter en caracteres plus grand l'objet en haut de la page? Ca diminue la surface utile et ca contribue à embrouiller puisque c'est INUTILE.

Spam mail, blocking and deleting in one step instead of two.
A feature that is lacking in the newest Yahoo Mail, compared to Yahoo Mail Classic that works better for me, is when deleting Spam mail and blocking Spam addresses. In Yahoo Mail Classic, blocking Spam Contact addresses, is completed and automatically deleted from your Mail account….in the latest Yahoo Mail format, once a Spam Contact address is blocked, it is deleted from Spam but then put in Trash, and you have to delete it in an unnecessary step by going to trash bin to delete it, instead of being automatically deleted once blocked. Verifications should be sent to a telephone. When trying to verify using another email account it ends up, need verify so verification code sent, when trying to log into the other account you need to verify, so another code sent to another account, but then when logging into that account you need a verification code. Make the AI summary of my emails optional
AI Summary of emails is a waste of time - first, my emails are rarely long enough to even merit a summary so I just scroll past them - waste of time! Get it out of the way. Second - I don't trust AI summaries enough NOT to read my emails, why should i have to read twice? Let us have a way to turn that off (AI is a waste of electricy and water and a cause of pollution, also, not worth it).
