  1. UI/iOS

    I was told to use this link for feedback on an error I am having with the iOS app. When it is uninstalled and reinstalled, it is not opening up as the recent newly updated UI for Yahoo Mail. Instead it downloads and opens up as the old interface that is reminiscent of AOL mail’s app that nobody loves.

    I really like the new iOS UI for the Yahoo Mail app and would like it back, please look into this.

    Edit account info:date of birth.

    merge two accounts.

    Within the same account, create an alias @yahoo.com and possibly transform it into two separate accounts.

  3. calendar defaults to weekly view (want to make it monthly)

    My calendar now defaults to weekly, when it used to be monthly. I don't like having to make that extra click every time I open it! Can you make it default to the last setting we viewed it on?

  4. Remove or give the option to remove the "Home" taskbar. In 10+ years of using and appreciating Yahoo Mail, I have never used it once.

  5. give me an option to change my calendar default view to monthly

    The new version of my yahoo calendar (which just appeared one day--I did not choose it) defaults to week view so i have to manually change it to month view every time I open. Why do I not have an option to change my default view to month??

  6. Fix the cursor issue

    Something is wrong with the web version. When ads change the cursor shifts. So if you are typing an email the cursor disappears and you need to click the cursor back to where you were typing. It is virtually unusable. Please fix.

  7. Keep trained customer service Reps

    Nobody seems to help customers on the last emails. Customer service members are rude, CLUELESS, not worth to keep it. Appreciate some one to call me at 636-734-2923. My problem. Specific emails sent to silviya Zustiak are missing from Jan 2025-Aug 2025. raghuaa66@yahoo.com

  9. Improve your documentation on how to integrate an email client with Yahoo's servers

    Your documentation at https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-yahoo-mail/imap-server-settings-yahoo-mail-sln4075.html on how to setup an email client (such as Thunderbird) to use the Yahoo email services is incomplete. Your documentation does not describe what the User Name for logging in should be, for example should it be just the username alone "name" or the full email address "name@yahoo.com".

    Nor does your documentation describe what the authentication method should be set to. I am guessing OAuth2.

    Something else is also missing because after trying all the variants of these parameters I still cannot get Thunderbird to receive or send email through the Yahoo email servers.

  11. Yes we can

    It would be much appreciated if a proof of the recipient opening the email be available to the sender. Judicial Courts in Canada often require this proof to authorize pursuing a cause in justice.

  12. See my suggestion

    I have my email sorted into the 4 catagories - Primary, Transactions, Updates, Promotions. The Promotions is where I direct all junk mail. This really fills up fast from all the junk mail I receive. Currently I have to select each one seperately to delete them. Please give us an option to select ALL so
    We can delete them all at once! Thank you.

  16. Blocking spammers

    Need the ability to block entire domains of known spammers and phishers. Certain domains are 100% sketchy, yet Yahoo customer service is telling me I need to upgrade to Yahoo Plus to have this tool. That said, Yahoo knows there are unscrupulous folks trying to take advantage of Yahoo customers, yet not letting their own customers get the best protection. Sad state
