  1. Let me receive verification emails for other websites.

    I can't receive verification emails from other websites or games that I used this email to set up an account with due to not being logged in for a while. Is there any way to resolve this or for this to be changed in the future?

  3. contacts wont populate

    I returned to basic, and still my contacts wont load with 2 letters typed.
    This is terrible!!!!!

  4. Please make email chains easily readable by putting them in order of newest to oldest and not the horrible setup it is now.

    My idea is to have an email chain read from top to bottom with the newest email at the top. I realize this is a novel idea that everyone else in the planet uses. However, Yahoo seems to think folks would like to manually search through multiple emails looking at the date sent to find the latest email somewhere in the middle.

  5. remove offensive dating advertisements

    can you please remove the offensive dating ads from my advertisments. I'm sure you have other advertisers that you could use in its place. If not, give me a call and I'll help you find advertisers.

    My yahoo mail is flooded with so much junk that I am completely unable to filter through my important emails. Please help me by doing a better job removing junk mail or giving me an option to filter out any email with a specific word to junk.

  9. cant change the subject line in new mail

    I just switched back to the old yahoo mail because the new mail does not allow me to change the subject line when replying to an old email. why would you not allow this?

  17. Stop jamming printing of email messages

    my printer will not print my email messages. I keep having to reboot to get my Yahoo emails printed. There is no problem printing anything else. Please remove whatever block you put on this to prevent the messages from being printed.

  18. Recovery mobile number wrong

    I am Tobie van Heerden... my email address is gfheerde@yahoo.com. My recovery mobile number is +27688544033. You have all these correctly, but if you need to send a recovery code to me a wrong number is used... it looks to me that you are sending the code to a wrong number; the "+" is removed from the mobile number. Please check if you are sending the code to the right mobile number. Thank you.

  19. Undo send email option missing in Yahoo email

    Yahoo email does not have option of enabling undo send for 10 to 30 seconds. All your competitor emails have this feature. Kindly develop it soon.

    I suggest Yahoo either increase the number of emails users can block or significantly improve spam filtering—especially for Yahoo Plus subscribers. The current 1,000-email block limit is quickly reached, and without better spam control, the value of the paid service feels questionable.
