Delete By Sender
Yahoo really needs a "sweep" function. I am sure I don't need to describe it, but it allows you to select one or more emails and "sweep" them to a folder, or delete. It removes all emails in the inbox from those specific senders and places them where you select instead of having to do it one by one or clicking beside each email. Three times I have been writing an email and suddenly yahoo just says your email has been deleted. It just happened to me 11:47am 6/20/25 AZ time. I am so frustrated. I don't know why this happens and how to stop it.

backspace deletes emails that are being replied to
When I try to reply to an email and I hit the back space, at all, it deletes the entire email. I just hit the back space on a very important thread of emails and it permanently deleted the entire string of emails I have been trying to work out a return for an expensive product for. Zoom - Meeting Invitations

Bug: The forum may be locked and I can't reply to Yahoo staff
I have opened at least two feedback issues that have been responded to by Yahoo staff. I have no way to follow up because when I go to each page with the issue there's no way to reply and the comments are hidden. All the issue page shows is the original report. Additionally, as I reported in a separate bug, this uservoice forum does not work anymore and I can't see anyone else's ideas. I think that the forum may be locked. Request to Restore Missing Emails & Folder Name Issue on Yahoo Mail via Outlook
Dear Yahoo Mail Support,
I am experiencing an issue with my Yahoo Mail account when using it with Outlook. I have created a new folder in Outlook and moved some emails into it. However, when I rename the folder, it automatically reverts to the original name, and the emails inside disappear.

In the new version of Yahoo Mail, any read and unread messages in dark mode are so hard to differentiate. It was better in the older version.

Sent Folder - Mass Actions
I'm trying to clean up my sent folder. There is no way to select multiple messages and do a mass action on them such as delete, move, archive, mark read/unread. You have to do them one message at a time. Bring back all of the action buttons that used to be at the top and also the select all messages checkbox. I don't know why these aren't there. Should be at least consistent with the other folders especially because the sent folder is one of the main folders in any email app.

Photos View
There used to be an images or photos folder on the side that showed you all the images in your emails all together in a collage of thumbnails.
It was a critical search feature to my work.
Now, I know I can click on the advanced search function and click the "photo pill" but that does not help at all.
Sure, it sorts out the emails that contain photos, but it does not display the images unless you click into each individual email, so you have no way of locating the picture you are looking for quickly or easily. You…

Reading and responding to emails within a chain is almost entirely unusable. You don't need to include the entire chain of responses with every reply it makes is so confusing and unreadable.

Contacts List Cut Off
1) I am not able to add a new contact to my contact list. When I open up New Contact, the box does not provide enough room for me to input the contact data. Only 1/2 of the contact information box is visible, as the contact information box is blocked by the inbox emails to its left. Can this please be fixed.

I see the attach from computer option for adding attachments to new emails, but where did the Attach From Recent Email option go? It was very handy and saved time not having to download and reattached. Bring back 'attach from recent email' option.

Scrolling through mail is jumpy as it skips emails
Scrolling through email is impossible. I use the scroll wheel on my mouse to look through email as I use a pc. I can start at the top and after one or two short scrolls down it jumps down so I miss several hours of emails For example, my newest email came at 6:12pm today..After I get down to 4:20pm it jumps to mail received at 1pm without my even scrolling and when I go back up I see I missed 32 emails received.
