Been a long, long time user of Yahoo mail...
I. I would like it if you re-designed your icon for the Web browser (I use Firefox) to stand out in a more brighter colour...currently it just shows up as a dark blur with a tiny sliver of purple...a bee's eyelash...in a darkened room you canna see the thing at all.
2. I would like an easier way of removing email options from my new email writing...the email is crowded with font, colour and all sorts of options. I canna find any easy button to just turn the ****…64th ranked -
Let me delete by sender
You want me to clean up my inbox, but it is so hard to select messages in bulk. Let me delete in bulk somehow, by sender, by date, anything but having to select every single message individually. If you don't, I won't clean up...

when I'm Staring email, I want to be able to star it in the same column that I unstar
in the main email page when I want to star an email I have to move to the right hand side to star and email, but the icon for the star is on the left of the description.

When I select "full calendar" I can only see today's calendar instead of a monthly calendar.
Can only see today's calendar, not a week or monthly calendar of events. This greatly diminishes value of the calendar. Give back the weekly monthly and year calendars. We are not fans of the new Yahoo.

email preferences
Where is the preference/option/setting to fix the way my email is displayed? I am scrolling through ONE email chain that has dozens of replies, and they seem to be out of order. I can't tell which end of the chain is the beginning and which is the end without doing an (unnecessary) analysis of the date/time stamps on each message.
Give me an easily accessible way to "sort" the email ascending or descending by date/time.

i dont like that what i starred was erased because i needed more storage so had to erase alot in my inbox but never new it would erase my st
i needed more storage to had to get rid of my mail in my inbox but never thought it would erase my starred stuff as well with out letting me know about it. i had extremely important stuff starred and now it is gone!!!!!

why do emails written and hit send--disappear with no trace?
Why do emails written and ready to send, hit send and sometimes get an error "email cannot be saved as draft". The fully composed email no longer shows up anywhere---not in draft, not in sent, not in inbox. NOWHERE--as if it was never written. This has happened several times to important emails. They vanish without a trace. The former email never had this problem. This is an urgent issue.

Bug: Deleting a draft deletes entire conversation email thread
When I delete a single draft email within a conversation email thread, the entire email thread is permanently deleted instead of just the draft. This is a serious data loss issue. Drafts should be treated as separate items within a thread and not control the existence of the entire conversation. Please fix this behavior immediately in Yahoo! Mail.

home page layout
your new layout is TERRIBLE. I cannot access the down arrow for subfolders and cannot get into most of my files in those folders. There is no option in Setting that I can find to make adjustments. I need HELP IMMEDIATELY to get into my Inbox files. To be clear the Expand arrows pointing downward do not show up on the right because the left shoulder is too narrow and I cannot adjust it.

Arrow to view subfolders of subfolders no longer visible
When the left side of the screen is expanded to show folders, if a subfolder name is too long, the drop-down arrow to show the subfolders under that folder is no longer visible. This is a new issue. Previously, the folder name would be truncated so that the arrow was always visible. Now, I can't access the subfolders of a subfolder unless I close the left-hand column, click on the icon for Folders, and choose the subfolder's subfolders through the pop-up box. Please fix this ASAP so that the drop-down arrows to access subfolders are again always visible.

auto delete settings based on age and folder
I'd really like to be able to set automatic delete parameters by folder. like for one folder, delete all emails 6mos old or older, in another don't auto delete anything, in another, auto delete based on age and sender...

Multiple selection
I am having a LOT of issues with the new Yahoo Inbox. If I try to select all the emails between one and another (click, hold shift, then click) weird things are happening. Sometimes it will also select emails outside the range, it may also miss emails within the range. Please fix this, as it is very annoying.

Sorting Unread emails by Senders Name
I have tried numerous times to sort my unread messages by sender's name and although the option is available, it does not sort. Can this issue be resolved as soon as possible? Would make removing unwanted emails efficiently. Thank you,

improve "delete" function
When I want to clean up the "Newsletters", I go into newsletters, select all, and delete. Then to my horror, I find ALL emails in all the other sections are also deleted, and no way to "undo" it.
Here's a crazy idea: how about making "select all" apply to ONLY the category we are actually in, not to the entire emails for all time. Doesn't that make sense? If I want to clean out "Offers", why in God's name would I want to also clean out all my "Primary" emails? Geez, people, use use some common sense.64th rankedHi Rick, is this happening on desktop or the app? We knew about this issue and already have a fix for the app, but this wasn't an issue on desktop. Bug:Emptying folder, progress bar can become stuck doing nothing
Bug: Emptying trash overlay on main screen can become stuck and unable to do anything else IN THAT WEB PAGE,
User action that exposes the problem:
1. Select Trash folder,
2. Empty trash (screen overlaid with Emptying Trash progress bar at top)
3. Without waiting for it to finish (USER ERROR) Select SPAM folder
4. Empty Spam ... wait for it to finish.
5. Re-select Trash folder. Screen re-displays Empty Trash progress bar at top) but never finishes.
6. NO MOVEMENT OF THE TRASH FOLDER DISPLAY. The Browser(Firefox 149.0.2 (64-bit) with GMail Web app reading/displaing YahooMail+). Display of YahooMail+ connection…64th ranked -
Consistency across mailboxes for settings
One of my yahoo mail addresses does not give me the option to add additional Yahoo mailboxes using Yahoo as the mail provider. yahoo is not listed as an option

Yahoo Calendar Invite Preview
Even though my timezone is set to Central time EVERY calendar invite I receive from anyone, shows EDT in the preview. This is very confusing and super annoying. This is not device related. It shows up in EDT using different browsers and different devices. The issue is not the sender, it's somewhere in yahoo setting which is impossible to find
