Allow me to contact support for help
There is no way to contact support about my account problems. How can I fix them if there is no way to contact you? There is no online person to talk to, no phone number, no email address, no physical address. Surely this is illegal under UK and international law? How can you operate without your customers being able to contact you?

Give a sort by sender option
With this new update (which I HATE by the way), you took away the ability to sort by sender. PLEASE bring this back. I am about ready to quit yahoo mail and switch to google.

Enable emails grouped by conversation Reply function for any email in the group rather than the latest email received.
I have email grouped by conversation. When an email is sent to multiple addresses, and one or more of these have replied to the original email, I often struggle to reply to the original email. The Reply function selects the latest reply address to send my reply to instead of the original email. If I 'pop out' the original email, the Reply function is not available. Is there a solution to this frustrating 'feature'?

make the open message window bigger. it's too small. too much scrolling
this new version when I open a message it is in too small a space to read it. I have to scroll and scroll and scroll to read the whole message now. I used to be able to see the whole message. all the other panes around it are so big it squeezes out the actual message space. reply and forward are so big. they don't need to be that big. I can't change the size of the other menu windows either. this is impossible to use the way I need to use it. I want to go back but…

The complete Personal Data for my name was sent to me two days ago. I downloaded it, but it was not decipherable nor readable.
If the complete Personal Data had been sent in Word or some other common composition form, I might have been able to open it up in a READABLE form. But it was sent with a .zip form, and I could find no way to unzip it. As a result, the whole download was of no use to me whatever. I deleted the whole download as USELESS. If you can send me the Personal Data for Bruce Bayles (broobay@yahoo.com) in Word or some other word processing form, I would appreciate it. If not, I thank you for your effort,…

Email webpage new look/design is the worst
Your New Look is horrible. Once the email is opened, there is only 3" of space to read the actual mail, the rest is garbage data.
The title that has the sender's info, date time, (only few word) takes almost 2" of space, and now you added another mindless task, the words: REPLY or FORWARD in extremely large letters that is taking 1" space to the bottom of the page. You have left only 3" of space for the IMPORTANT EMAIL details.
Why can't you make things easier and more BASIC to understand and read?

Show all Yahoo email accounts so we can switch between them easily like we used to be able to do.
Allow users to see all Yahoo accounts in a single GUI instead of having to go to Settings or some equally cumbersome process.

I miss the old search function
You have significantly weakened your search function. What happened to searching by folder? I used to be able to search by subject or sender within just one folder. That doesn't appear to be the case anymore. Why did you take it away?

You've made it way too annoying and complicated. I wanted e-mail. Not a trip to NASA at Cape Canaveral.
