WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Differentiate Unread v. Read - Better ways to see the difference.
Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

    need a way that receipts show - old version could pull up easily - this is really essential - if I knew you were changing to the new version i would have already downloaded them -

  4. Spam

    I've blocked so many email addresses, yet I continue to get mail from said addresses. When I logged into yahoo from my computer, it stated I only had one email blocked. I typically read my email from my phone. This is obnoxious. Time I've wasted, blocking filth and still see them day after day. Please fix this issue

  5. Respect your customer's decisions

    When a customer opts out of AI features, such as Yahoo Scout, you need to respect that decision. I have opted out of AI features several times yet you keep disregarding my decision to opt out. You do not have my consent to send me summaries of my emails.

  6. SLOWWWWWWW

    Why is the new Yahoo so SLOW?!? Switching between emails take 3x longer than classic Yahoo. When I want to move an email to a folder and I start typing it literally take 5+ seconds to find the folder, whereas with Classic Yahoo it found it while I was typing. This is really hard to use. You need to figure out what's making this version so slow and fix it. It's unusable.

  8. Change it back to show folders on the left

    I was very frustrated and unhappy to suddenly discover that, whereas my folders were originally visible next to my inbox meaning that I could easily drag several emails into a folder at the same time, the folders are now no longer next to my inbox. This means that I now have to open emails one at a time and move them separately into my various folders.     I can't log on to Facebook because Yahoo is my reset option and Yahoo is not relaying the reset codes.

    I do not care for the new Yahoo I do not care for the new format of the new Yahoo and I'm hoping in some way that there can be account of how many do not like the new Yahoo and it will be strongly considered to return back to Yahoo is the way it was.

  17. mobile phone

    After the changeover from xfinity I cannot change the font for composing on my mobile phone.. It is so small I can barely see it with my glasses. I checked with phone settings and it changes all my fonts except sending email in YAHOO.

  19. Additional customization for message layout

    It would be nice if there were a way to remove the box on the right-hand side of the message box, the one with labels flagged along the top "Starred, Contacts, and More". That box is pointless and just takes up space. I would rather my preview box for my messages be bigger so I can read them more easily. I have sized down the list to be as small as allowed, but it would be helpful if I could make it even smaller. More options in settings for appearance customization would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
