1. Complaint: Severe copy-paste issues in the Reply window

   Dear Support Team,

   I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding Yahoo Mail, specifically the functionality of the Reply window. The current system is extremely frustrating and unreliable to work with.When I copy formatted text (containing bold words or bullet points) and paste it into a new email message, it works without any issues. However, as soon as I try to paste that exact same text into a Reply to an existing email thread, the system completely refuses to display the text, or the layout becomes totally corrupted.Competitors like Gmail have handled this basic feature flawlessly for years. It is unacceptable that Yahoo Mail still fails to handle HTML formatting codes within an ongoing email chain.
   As a user, I expect to be able to use Ctrl+V normally without the system freezing or blocking the text.I strongly urge your technical department to update this outdated filtering system in the Reply window so that copied text is properly and instantly accepted.

3. Bring back the old style browser interface

   The new version of the browser email is awful, please can there be an option to go back to the previous version. Seriously considering dumping this email address if it is not possible.

4. Bring back BASIC MAIL!!!

   Why I'm not allowed to just use the basic mail? This pushing of the so called "new view" down our throats is becoming really annoying to the degree of becoming insulting! Should I switch to Gmail like everybody else? Or try the Outlook?

   Treat your users with respect and you might survive!

   Just bring back the BASIC MAIL!!!

7. I don't like this new style

   Hi, Since yesterday you changed the style and format (theme) of Yahoo Mail. I really don't like it and have become accustomed to the old style. How do I get back to the former, Yahoo Classic? Thanks

8. New layout

   So I've been using this new layout for an hour or so now and my God I hate it. When you click on an email that has been previously read you only get the first line and have to click on it to make the whole text appear - why on earth would anyone think this is helpful??? Because it looks tidier to have everything hidden away when you open it? Well I opened it to actually read it, so wouldn't it be better if the email as a whole was visible as soon as I clicked into it?

   I really feel that whoever designed this new layout has thought only about how it looks and not about how user friendly and functional it is.

   Also, every time I start a new email the text is tiny and I have to enlarge it - why??? So irritating. And then the pop up box with the text options doesn't disappear and it blocks the view of the bottom of the screen. It's just one annoyance after another. >:-(

11. Return to old yahoo mail

    Good morning, I went into settings on both of my yahoo accounts to turn them back to the old yahoo layout and nothing has happened. I'm really upset with this change that I didn't ask for and having to navigate round this new look inbox has really slowed me down this morning. Why is there an option in settings to return to old yahoo mail if it doesn't even work?

    Also, all of the pop ups - so irritating!!!!

12. What's Gone Wrong?

    This New Yahoo Mail is the worst I have ever seen. Basic was perfect, elegant and functional. New Yahoo Mail is out of focus where once the imagery was sharp and focussed. The email headings are tuck away to one side. I have to manually reduce the size of each email because the only option I have is large! What's gone wrong?

14. Fjern det nye, trege systemet

    Etter at dere TVANGSINNFØRTE den nye email-designen, valgte jeg å gå tilbake til det gamle (etter å ha funnet det med liten skrift i innstillingene, tølpere) men oppdager at selv om jeg nå har "det gamle oppsettet" igjen, fungerer det MYE tregere. Hele poenget med å beholde yahoo-adressen min som hoved-emailadresse var fordi dere IKKE hadde et tregt system (maskinkrevende), slik som f.eks hotmail/outlink har. Fortsetter dere med dette trege nye systemet blir jeg nødt til å se etter en annen emailtilbyder.

    I have someone else's name appearing under my e-mail. I have deleted and re-entered my name several times but when I compose an email or send an e-mail, their name still appears. Should I close/delete my account?
