eliminate offer pop-ups
I pay for mail+ so as to have have ads and pop-ups -- it is very frustrating to have an offer pop-up at the top of my messages every time I go to inbox. I personally do not believe there should be an offers category of emails, yet even so, pop-ups are frustrating and time consuming. Please advise when you will delete these distracting pop-ups (and certainly let me know if you are keeping pop-ups, so I can discontinue and get different email service)

the checkbox for selecting email needs to be bigger
because the checkbox is too small, it's easy to accidentally open the email instead and makes selecting emails for deletion much less efficient ... or consider making the pop up delete icon that appear when you move the mouse over the subject line permanent, otherwise, after deleting one email, that icon doesn't appear unless you move the mouse a little bit again to make the delete icon appear, very inefficient when managing lots of emails ....

automatic category learning from user actions
I want mail to learn from my actions to provide a better experience going forward - either automatically (based on actions) or with help from manual teaching. If I drag and email from "primary" to "newsletters" - I would like an option to either learn this category is where future emails of this type should land, or a confirmation that asks - would you like future emails from this sender/with this subject to appear in this category. Thanks.

Out of Office response
Hi, the out of office response does not seem to allow selecting dates for a single day. Example if I am out of the office for 21st Aug 2026, the end date can't be set to 21st Aug, instead it sets at 22nd Aug and send the out of office message to emails received on the 22nd.

Make the box less busy, crowded looking
I hate the new Yahoo mail format. The look is too crowded, close together, too busy looking. It gives me a slight headache just trying to focus on what I need to. Can hardly distinguish the ads from the emails as they are intermingled in together. I do not like how Yahoo decide what is primary and what is not. show next message option displays previous message
The "Show next message" setting displays the previous message instead of the next message. The issue is reproducible in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge and by clearing cache. The issue occurs using the move message function from the folder icon and the delete message function. attachment filenames with greek characters are not displayed on iphone
Hello,
I have been using Yahoo Mail via Chrome on Windows for years without any issues. However, during the last week, a new problem has appeared.
When I send email attachments (PDF, DOCX, JPG) with Greek filenames, recipients using Apple Mail on iPhone cannot open them correctly. The attachment name appears encoded, for example:
=?UTF-8?Q?...
instead of the actual Greek filename.
If I rename the same file using only Latin characters, the attachment opens normally on the iPhone.

Get the lists working agin
The lists are showing but when you click on "Email this List" button, the emails do not get put in the email, just an empty email is provided.

Problem with cursor while composing
I am a long-time yahoo mail user. There is a problem with using Yahoo email while composing messages and how that interracts with advertisements cycling to new ones. When a new ad populates, it steals the cursor from the compose window causing any further keystrokes to be seen as hotkeys. This is a major usability issue that needs to be resolved as it makes yahoo mail nearly unusable while composing emails of any length. Please address.

Let us OPT OUT of these motivational "challenge" notifications in email
These are very annoying for people who don't need to be motivated to do what we're already doing. I want LESS clutter in clearing my inbox, not something else I need to click off. I don't want these motivational things like, "You're doing great! Keep it up!" just for clearing my trash bin or sent emails periodically, which I've done for years anyway. Creating A List
I am trying to create a list in Yahoo mail. I successfully created the list and added one contact, but I need to add 15 more. When I open the list and click Add Contacts then type the name exactly as it appears in the contacts, it does not find the name. But when I click all contacts, the name is there with a valid email address. This appears to be a bug in Yahoo.

i dont like that what i starred was erased because i needed more storage so had to erase alot in my inbox but never new it would erase my st
i needed more storage to had to get rid of my mail in my inbox but never thought it would erase my starred stuff as well with out letting me know about it. i had extremely important stuff starred and now it is gone!!!!!

After selecting a folder from the Move drop down, keep that location for the next Move
When an email is to be moved to a folder and you select a folder from the Move dropdown, the next time you want to do the same thing, the Move dropdown has returned to the top folder.
Fix: Keep the top Dropdown folder showing the last one used. It used to work this way.

Add a Subscriptions tab to the desktop version
It is not very easy to find subscriptions from emails like it is in other mails where u can easily go to a subscriptions tab and unsubscribe from there instead of having to go through the emials, I know you can do this on the yahoo app but I cant seem to do this on my desktop so if you could please add a tab on the side for subscriptions. Keep "reply", "reply all", "forward", "Read/Unread", "Star", "Move", "Delete" & "Spam" buttons positions static.
In the latest edition of the Yahoo mail, the "reply all" button has been made conditional where it appears or disappears based on whether the email chain has one or more persons on it. When this happens, the location of the delete and spam buttons to move. Previously, I would keep my mouse on the delete button and keep clicking on it as I am going down my emails. Now, when the "reply all" button disappears, the spam button shifts to the location where the delete button used to be. And unintentionally, I end up marking the email as spam…
