Reading and responding to emails within a chain is almost entirely unusable. You don't need to include the entire chain of responses with every reply it makes is so confusing and unreadable.

Attach from Recent Email Attachment Option
I see the attach from computer option for adding attachments to new emails, but where did the Attach From Recent Email option go? It was very handy and saved time not having to download and reattached. Bring back 'attach from recent email' option.

Contacts List Cut Off
1) I am not able to add a new contact to my contact list. When I open up New Contact, the box does not provide enough room for me to input the contact data. Only 1/2 of the contact information box is visible, as the contact information box is blocked by the inbox emails to its left. Can this please be fixed.

NEW EMAIL AND UNREAD IN DARK MODE HARD TO DIFFERENTIATE
In the new version of Yahoo Mail, any read and unread messages in dark mode are so hard to differentiate. It was better in the older version.

Multitasking Tabs
Where are my tabs? When I open an email it stays open and when I compose one they are usually at the top so I can multitask, where are they!!!! Bring them back. This new mail is the worst version Yahoo has ever made. WHERE ARE MY TABS AT THE TOP?????

Draft emails just delete while you are working on them
Three times I have been writing an email and suddenly yahoo just says your email has been deleted. It just happened to me 11:47am 6/20/25 AZ time. I am so frustrated. I don't know why this happens and how to stop it.

links jump to beginning of email
when typing out an email, and trying to paste in a URL, say for a restaurant menu - it gets shoved to the start of the email??? I cannot post a URL in the body of an email? Crazy, weird? WHY?

Move Spam and Trash above Folders. Now, Spam and Trash are virtually inaccessible if you keep your Folders expanded
I saw you currently have a hint about keeping all folders expanded and this is really important. However, this is unusable right now. When Folders are expanded, it becomes a nightmare to access the Spam folder and since your filters do not work (no matter what tricks you try to make them work), easily checking the Spam folder is a must. If you expand Folders though, access to the Spam folder (and Trash as well) becomes quite hard, especially when you have a lot of folders like me. Storage Feedback
very upset because I stayed with Yahoo and moved all my history here because yahoo mail offered 1Tb storage. Now I can't even pay to receive what was promised. Pay for 200GB when I had 1Tb for free? Why Yahoo? You should not take away from existing accounts but rather just limit new accounts. Yahoo apparently wants to have a reputation for lying, false promises, and taking away services from long time loyal users.

Cannot Accept Teams Invite
There is nowhere i can accept an invite for a Teams meeting when party send an invite. please fix this. Not only can I not accept the invite, I cannot even see the time the invite was sent for. How embarrassing. Yahoo is not keeping up with the times, and it may be time to switch to a new email service.

backspace deletes emails that are being replied to
When I try to reply to an email and I hit the back space, at all, it deletes the entire email. I just hit the back space on a very important thread of emails and it permanently deleted the entire string of emails I have been trying to work out a return for an expensive product for. Header hides top bar of icons (delete, move, etc..)
There are times when I am not able to see the top bar icons like delete, move etc on selecting a message.
Also the buttons /icons are not fully align on selection. When I keep my mouse pointer at center of icon, it doesn't get highlighted & on clicking it, it will not work55th ranked -
Copy/paste an email address
Why is it impossible to copy/paste an email address?
For example, in the "To" you add a name. Then, there's no way to click it, to grab the text of the email address.

I hate the AI summaries. I turn it off, and then they come back. I want to permanently disable this feature.

Search Field changing its position
Sometimes when I use the search field at the top of the page, it pops down lower and covers the "toolbar" where the trash, spam, move, reply, forward, mark read/unread icons are, and I cannot access those icons. I must refresh the screen to get the search field back into its original position. This just started happening recently, which makes me think any recent programming changes may have affected the search field. Can it be made to stay in its proper position?

file name of attachment
I sometimes receive emails with Attached files, and it's important for me to easily read the Full File name of the attached files, and I'd like to do this w/o opening the file.
For example, if I am working on a project with someone and they are sending me attachments with file names that have a rev number in them or other information in the file name that gives me information on the file. Email chain
The email chain view or the conversation view in Yahoo needs to be fixed big time, it is so hard to follow conversations as the old and new get all jumbled up in there. It is a mess!
