WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

    I have someone else's name appearing under my e-mail. I have deleted and re-entered my name several times but when I compose an email or send an e-mail, their name still appears. Should I close/delete my account?

  5. Fix the date on the print view to show the correct time zone instead of UTC

    When printing a document, it shows up with UTC at the printout, which is very confusing because you would expect it to show the current time. Also, further down the page, it shows the correct time zone, which makes it even more confusing. Please unify this and stop printing UTC on the top of my printouts. Thank you.

  6. Option "Swith to old Yahoo Mail" does not work

    Option "Swith to old Yahoo Mail" does not work - it does nothing when selected. I've been using Yahoo Classic Mail for over 20 years and don't want to switch to the new layout. Please don't force it on me - I want to stay with Yahoo Classic Mail.

  9. By letting users decide if they want to use it

    How about leaving it alone. All this extra **** I do not want and didn't ask for. I just want the email account that I have had for nearly 20 years to work and be easy to navigate. Every time you "update" it it gets worse. Hopefully you will soon offer the chance to just go back to basic mail. I don't want apps I don't want access to my phone contacts and I certainly don't want AI. It is all useless *****, my email has been fine for 20 odd years now you seem to think I want…

  10. Yahoo sucks since you deleted my mail

    You deleted email including old bills that I can no longer obtain and need to obtain hundreds of dollars of property. You have cost me hundreds of dollars for no reason and I will never use yahoo again.

  11. show next message option displays previous message

    The "Show next message" setting displays the previous message instead of the next message. The issue is reproducible in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge and by clearing cache. The issue occurs using the move message function from the folder icon and the delete message function.   12. MAKE YOUR EMAIL SYSTEM WORK!

    After transferring from comcast.net, I have LOST EMAILS, LOST FOLDERS, EMPTY FOLDERS, and emails I send show in the SENT folder, but recipients including myself never get them and I don't get a message that emails were not sent, and I don't see any outbox which can show emails were not sent!!! SUPPORT IS TOTALLY USELESS!!!

    Hello Yahoo Support,

    I have experienced a serious security issue with my Yahoo Mail account. Twice now, when I clicked the checkbox to delete an email (without opening it), the box contained an advertisement. As soon as I clicked to delete, it attempted to access my PC.

    This means hackers are embedding ads directly into the delete checkbox, so that when users try to remove unknown or suspicious emails, it triggers unauthorised access attempts.

    Don't send me to comcast... I want support from yahoo.com. I'm trying to unsubscribe from bad spam... but it is a vicious circle when it is blocked by my virus protection. Any suggestions?

    I don't have an idea, just feedback. My email account migrated from Comcast.net. I find it very difficult to manage and organize my messages by folder structure in the Yahoo email exchange. I save a lot of specific messages and I have a complex folder structure in my account. In Yahoo's email tools, it is very difficult for me to access my folders. The task of browsing to and finding my folders is very cumbersome. The email tool is very touching and "jumps" out frequently, causing me to start all over again.     I am writing one rule as from rmoneyindia.in I want always in inbox . Currently it is directly goes to Bulk folder as I added yahoo account in outlook 365. In setting in yahoo mail under filter I want to set rule but not finding move to Folder as Inbox.I can find others like Draft, Junk and so on . Can you add Inbox under rule in filter also

  20. Move the unread email number to the front + allow for left side menu size shifting ability for another 1cm to the right.

    Move the number for unread message number to the front of the category instead of the back where it is currently. Also allow for the size of the left side menu to be adjusted for another 1cm to the right please.
