I've been reading Yahoo news for 15 years and have not seen a shift towards the left or right. I have seen a shift in commenters to the far right, people that want to suppress any views except their own. People that want to see only right wing propaganda and there are already lots of those sites available (oh, wait, most them them don't accept unapproved comments. Hmmmm.)

Here are 30 excellent examples of the type of "piling on" from right wing trolls in many articles in attempts to drown out any view but their own. Please yahoo, google and twitter are working to banish trolls, troll farm inputs and "fake news."
