Trading of NA players directly
It would be VERY helpful if we could trade NA players directly w/o having to move onto active & then back to NA...In real life baseball teams can trade prospects in trades w/o putting onto active roster...it complicates prospect moves when we have to put onto active to move them

Greenraven and Anonymous are both correct. NA players and the NA slot should be able to be traded/added/dropped just like any other player. Now I know some would say "why not just add an additional bench spot?", but then we're getting away from the sole purpose of the NA slot which is Keeper and Dynasty leagues should promote minor league player research and reward managers who put the time and effort in. Just adding an extra bench spot would be mostly used for active players, this defeating the purpose.

Not just trading. You have to drop an active player to pick up an NA player then push him down into an NA slot. Same with drafting one. No NA player can go directly into an NA slot without going through the active roster first.
Also NA slots disappear when leagues re-open and all your NA prospects are thrown onto your active roster. The slots don;t re-appear until after the draft which means you have to drop a lot of prospects or active players when you lock in keepers to stay at or under your roster max limit.

This really should be combined with the suggestion of allowing trading of DL players directly.
