  1. Charts now unexpectedly with black background

    Dear ladies and gentlemen, the background of all charts appears to have been modified to black since today. Why is this? Can I return to the usual white and grey background once and for all? Excuse me for this question, but why do you continue to modify things that worked well since so much time, without any imaginable reason to do so? This is really frustrating.

  2. Chart displays in dark mode when appearance set to light mode

    Defect: I have appearance set to light mode, however when I bring up chart, displays in dark mode.

  3. Symbol PMGOLD.AX is an EFT on the ASX exchange and reads in USD.

    Symbol PMGOLD.AX is an EFT on the ASX exchange. This symbol can not be found to be added to AUD portfolios and if added as a custom symbol it reads in USD. Please review thanks.

  5. "Add Transaction" no longer works in Yahoo Finance portfolios

    When I try to add a transaction to an option in my Options portfolio, most of the boxes for entering info are grayed out, and the "Save Transaction" button no longer appears. Pressing the "Add Transaction" button again doesn't save the transaction. As a result, there is no way to add a transaction anymore. This started happening when Yahoo Finance tried to "merge" the new version of portfolios with the old version.

  6. Checkbox to shorten company name in portfolios

    You really need to simply add a check box in settings to show the entire company name in the portfolio, or shortened company name (perhaps 20 characters). Right now you default the length of the column to the largest entry of a company name. This can take up a lot of space and thus causes people to have to use the horizontal scroll bar when you can fix that. Thank you. Second request. Peter

  7. Portfolios

    First item, I love the dark page feature on portfolios. Secondly, We need to have the headers row locked for accuracy when scrolling. Third, put the the portfolios totals as a line item in the portfolios. My last is a question, what happened to the compact view so we can see more of the portfolio positions? Currently it has been removed. It is very necessary when one has more than twenty positions.

  8. Robinhood portfolio shows incorrect 'average cost'

    This problem persists ONLY in Robinhood accounts, other portfolios seem to be unaffected (Chase shows up correctly).
    So, for the Robinhood, the 'average Cost' shows an incorrect value both in the app and on the web. It appears that the 'average cost' is calculated by dividing the 'cost/share' by the number of shares which is incorrect.
    Maybe Robinhood API already sends you the average cost info? If I go to the "Lot Details" to edit it manually and enter the average share price into the 'cost/share' field, I see that YahooFinance is dividing this number by the number of shares.…

  10. Incorrect data on Year to Date performance

    Why are Year To Date information so incorrect on mutual funds? My fund is currently down -8.74% percent according to the fund website, yet Yahoo finance currently reports YTD's as -2.12% and -10.97% on the webpage. Just wondering why?

  11. Revert the Date function in Add Lot.

    You must have recently changed the Date settings when updating Added Lots. Now it defaults to 2025 and anything else causes no date to appear and, therefore, you have no results for annual gain or loss. Revert it back to the old settings so we can use this function. This also screws up the Sort function.

  12. ZARc and GBPc denominated shares and their dividends

    There seems to be issue with shares that are denominated in cents - such as ZARc and GBPc.

    Issue 1: The recalcualtion to portfolio currency in transactions seems to be wrong, incorrectly taking into account the multiplication or division by 100
    Issue 2: Dividends: Although transactions might be listed in cens: e.g. 100 ZARc for one share, the dividends are listed in ZAR but are not recalculated back to cents: such then for example a dividend that is 10 ZARc is only displayed as 0.1 ZARc and this leads to inaccuracy

  13. Portfolio 2.0 too slow

    Since the upgrade to Portfolio Version 2.0, the speed has become significantly slower. While I appreciate the new features in Portfolio 2.0, I would prefer to revert to the previous version considering the speed issues.

    Add live price quotes of Indexes on the top of Portfolio page. More useful to see DOW, NASDAQ, SPY, etc to compare our portfolio vs indexes performance during the day

  15. suggestion

    Hi I just opened Yahoo Finance this morning and find that you have changed things again.
    We had a function of filling in High/Low values in the portfolio view and now it is gone again.
    Please restore this function so the values we place can be seen and not just in the transaction screen.

  16. Weekly Portfolio Summary mobile notifications are inaccurate

    On my mobile app, I have multiple portfolios linked to multiple external broker accounts. Every day and every week, I get notifications about the daily or Weekly Portfolio Summary, which only report a single portfolio and tell me how much it's up or down and because of which stocks, not the aggregate of all portfolios. This is inaccurate and annoying. Please fix this. Thanks!

  17. 'My Holdings' across multiple linked portfolios in Mobile App

    Similar to the "My Holdings" tab next to "My Portfolios" in the web app (https://finance.yahoo.com/portfolios), I'd like to see a complete list of all my holdings across my portfolios in my MOBILE App. I've tried for months, but haven't found it. It's the most useful feature for me to track ALL my stocks in one place, as I have multiple external accounts links to Yahoo finance. Please port this feature from the web app to mobile app also. Thanks!!

  18. Fix the bug described below

    Date error in UK portfolios. Although selecting a date for a stock action works OK with the calendar display when looking at portfolio transactions the date is shown in US format, It should be in UK format for portfolio settings in UK GBP

  19. Go back the the old interface, loads fast easy to read charts. Probably too much advertising trying to load.

    Loads way to slow especially on PC. Android loads too slow. What happened to the almost full page chart for comparisons! Want bare bones chart to start. Who cares about a mountain chart?
