   You tell me there will be a 15GB limit but there is no way to see how much I currently use. You reference a "storage widget" but I cannot find that. Very frustrating.

2. moving e-mail from SPAM back to INBOX

   When I find an e-mail in my SPAM folder that I want to put back into my MAIL BOX, I click on the appropriate icon, but when I go back to my INBOX that e-mail doesn't show up. Can you please fix this problem?

   I'd like an option to take an email and create a calendar invite for zoom meetings and teams meetings that are coming to my yahoo account. AI can read the details of the meeting since they're pretty standard.

7. Not user friendly

   Awful design where I cannot add contacts from email. I am forced to manually enter contacts risking errors. WHY CANT I SIMPLY add contacts from the email header????????????

   Why cant I simply find emails from the email header?????? When I click on the email, nothing happens. what is the point of the useless pop up? Lousy design.

8. Storage limit changes

   Hi, very disappointed in your email saying my 1tb limit is reducing to 15gb. I’ve been a loyal customer for about 25 years! I’ve spent an hour deleting emails with large attachments which has taken my usage down from about 25gb to 19gb but I’m really going to struggle to get below 15gb. It’s not reasonable to reduce storage by 99%! Can you help otherwise I’ll be forced to move provider. Thanks

10. Get rid of the ad on the bottom! It's so crowded I can't read my emails now.

    The new ad on the bottom sucks. It crowds the window where you can barely read your email. I was just googling other platforms, I hate gmail too and I do not want to leave my lifelong yahoo email but jeezus you are really trying to kill of account holders.

    As part of ongoing improvements to our service, we have decided to reduce storage limits for Yahoo Mail accounts, which means that your account will be subject to a new limit of 15 GB of storage.

    Since when is reducing storafge "improvement"...
    This is insult to ineligence.

    You are just seeking for MORE MONEY. nothing less notnhing more.
    Just pure greed.

    The recent Yahoo Calendar redesign has introduced a severe usability regression that has made the product significantly worse for real-world, high-volume use.

    Events are now compressed into single-line rows, truncating event names, time ranges, and critical details. This change eliminates the ability to understand a schedule at a glance. The calendar no longer functions as a planning tool — it has become a click-through list that requires opening every event individually just to see basic information.

    This has already disrupted how I run my business. I manage numerous time-sensitive bookings and overlapping events, and this new layout has materially slowed operations, increased the risk of scheduling errors, and removed functionality that previously worked well. The calendar was recently changed again, making visibility even worse than before.

    I was temporarily served the previous Yahoo Calendar interface during normal use, which confirms that the legacy version still exists. Upon refreshing, it reverted to the new layout. This suggests the issue is not technical, but a deliberate product decision to restrict access to a superior version.

    Yahoo needs to address one of the following immediately:

    Restore the original Yahoo Calendar interface

    Provide a “Classic / Legacy Calendar” toggle

    Allow users to control event row height or enable full text visibility

    If this design remains mandatory with no way to revert, I will be forced to move my business entirely to another calendar platform. This is not a threat — it is a direct result of lost functionality.

    This redesign prioritizes aesthetics over usability and ignores the needs of serious users who rely on calendar clarity to operate efficiently. Please escalate this feedback to the Calendar product and UI teams.

    When I signed up for Yahoo Mail, the service was advertised with a clear promise: unlimited storage, free forever. This commitment was a key reason for my choice and long-term trust in your platform.

    Over time, that promise has been progressively eroded, with storage limits introduced and pressure to upgrade to paid plans. This creates a sense of broken trust rather than service improvement.

    If Yahoo wants to improve, the first step would be to respect the commitments made to long-term users, or at least to acknowledge transparently that the original terms have changed, instead of quietly reversing them.

    Reliability and respect for users matter more than new features.

    I accidentally pushed a key on my keyboard, and some keyboard shortcut was enacted. I was able to reverse the behaviour, so no damage was done.
