  2. By respecting what you promised: unlimited storage, free forever.

    When I signed up for Yahoo Mail, the service was advertised with a clear promise: unlimited storage, free forever. This commitment was a key reason for my choice and long-term trust in your platform.

    Over time, that promise has been progressively eroded, with storage limits introduced and pressure to upgrade to paid plans. This creates a sense of broken trust rather than service improvement.

    If Yahoo wants to improve, the first step would be to respect the commitments made to long-term users, or at least to acknowledge transparently that the original terms have changed, instead of quietly reversing them.

  4. Please disable the keyboard shortcuts.

    I accidentally pushed a key on my keyboard, and some keyboard shortcut was enacted. I was able to reverse the behaviour, so no damage was done.

    This is annoying.

    Please allow me to disable this permanently.

  8. Function, performance, anything.

    For the last day, every time I log into my mail account on my laptop, I have to reload the site and everything I did was lost. The search function is not working and it is incredibly frustrating. I was on the new version and reverted back to the old.

    I've been with Yahoo Mail for a long time, but if it continues to operate this way, I cannot continue to stay.

  10. Invasive ad space

    Your stupid new ad space along the bottom now fully cuts off half my screen space to read my emails, and I have a pretty big screen. Who designed this garbage and why can I not minimize it?
