Benutzer in der Planung und gestaltung einbeziehen durch Umfragen
Im "alten" Layout sind auf der linken Seite alle Ordner ( Posteingang, Entwürfe, Spam usw.) direkt übersichtlich sichtbar und sofort anklickbar angeordnet. Auch die selbst erstellten Ordner kann man übersichtlich sofort öffnen.
Das war "einfach, schnell, übersichtlich und super"! Das hat sich im neuen Layout aber leider zum starken Nachteil geändert. Jetzt hat man dazu mehr Aufwand, man muss suchen, mehrfaches anklicken und es ist unübersichtlicher und für den Benutzer einfach "schlecht" geworden! Man muss auch einiges an Funktionen erst umständlich im neuen Layout aufwändig suchen mit dem Eindruck das Ihr das bewusst versteckt habt um den Benutzer zu ärgern.…

Let the user close/shrink the menu
So I'm still getting used to the new look. And it's fine. My only advice is that can us users close/shrink the side menu like folders. I use the folders/filtered emails more often than other priotised folders. Like. sent, draft scheduled, tharsh, spam, archive. Or let us customize it. Which are more preferred or unused, so it can be placed on tzhe bottom or such.
I can collapse the folders, that is okay, but for me that's just the opposite, I would like to hide the others as I wrote earlier. I hope I explaned it correctly. Thank you57th ranked -

I like this format, but I have 3 email address with you (1 private, 1 for subscriptions and 1 for my startup company) it would be great if the I could immediately identify which account I'm using, to avoid send an email from wrong email. As of now the email ID is at the bottom left corner and shows initials but they all have the same color and couldn't find a way to customize them in setup (change color or upload a small picture for example). I can't clean out some mistaken imported Phone number contacts that came over when I used the Yahoo app on my cell.
I am UNABLE to do a MASS edit on my Contacts book. That's the first problem. I have to clean out everything I don't need in my Email list. The second problem is - As I am deleting one at a time out of my contacts- It STOPS working. It will let me delete around 10 then Says Can't Delete. Expanded folder area larger
I have sub categories in folders. When I click folders I get a small list that I can scroll. There is a lot of white space below. I believe the old email would allow me to use this complete area. That was much better.

Unable to delete 2900000 + items from my account
I have been trying for months to tidy up my account and every time I try to it will say something like 290000 (or similar) items deleted... when I look back nothing has changed. Before you start trying to reduce the amount of starage, you need to fix this.

Reduce font size
Love the new appearance, but the font is too large. If there's not a way to reduce font size, it'd be a great addition (for me)

blocking junkmail & servers
instead of fixing things that don't need fixing, how about you put an effort into stopping junkmail, fix block and delete so it works and actually blocks senders and especially senders that say no sender address, there is thousands of scammers that send emails out with no sender address, time you became smarter than the scammers and spammers and block these senders and the servers they use, start protecting people and help keep your users safe by putting proper proticols in place so people can block these junkmail senders and servers they use, its not rocket science it just comon…

Comcast.net assured me my email could be kept.
To forward the email that is no longer comcast.net you are trying to charge a monthly fee. Won't work.
Shove it where the sun don't shine. Changed all my accounts and no longer need it.
I thought Comcast was greedy and disingenuous but Yahoo takes it to a new level. No wonder the platform failed in the 2016.
I had no idea Yahoo was still around. Not just ads but Monthly fees too? Up yours.You too Verison and Comcast.
I see now Comcast/xfinity is now giving 5 year prices to get customers that they lost by lying about pricing. LOL…
