1. Keep Notepad! Or at least keep it available and/or make it easy to download docs in usable form.

   I'm wondering if there is a way that I can download my Notepad files and use them without having to manually rename them all? It seems like it would be good customer service on Yahoo's part to make this possible;).

   Also, truthfully I'm just a bit unsure why Notepad disappeared within days of the email notification despite the email saying Jan 15, 2027 . From the email "The Yahoo Notepad feature will be discontinued on 15 Jan 2027. Until then, you can continue accessing and downloading your notes." The Notepad has disappeared from my email page. It would be great to have it available at least for a couple of months as I transition to another option.

2. NOTEPAD retiring - DOWNLOAD files format improvement PLEASE

   I have been using notepad religiously for YEARS and not that happy it's being taken away.
   So, I used the 'download' option being offered, and the notes that were downloaded are in a TERRIBLE format. Instead of spacing, there is all this <div> pasted ALL OVER and basically UNREADABLE.
   I have HUNDREDS of these files. is there a better downloaded format you can offer?

3. calendar messages

   It appears messages received from the calendar are messed up. The body of the email will show for about 2 seconds then disappear. Crazy but that is the only email it does that to. If I forward the calendar message to another yahoo email account it does the same thing. If I forward to a hotmail account it is there. Also, the body disappears during the forward. I am using the current email under yahoo.

5. Outlook accounts not connecting in Yahoo Mail

   I'm unable to connect any Outlook.com accounts using Settings → More Settings → Mailboxes → Add mailbox → Outlook.

   The Microsoft OAuth flow completes successfully:

   I sign in successfully.
   I receive the Microsoft permission (consent) screen.
   I click Accept.
   The popup closes.
   Yahoo immediately displays: "Canceled connecting [email] to your Yahoo account."

   I've reproduced this with:

   Multiple Outlook.com accounts
   Multiple Yahoo accounts
   Chrome, Chrome Incognito, and Safari
   IMAP enabled in Outlook
   Yahoo permissions removed and re-authorized

   Can you check the server logs for the Outlook mailbox connector or OAuth callback to determine why Yahoo is rejecting the connection?

7. Print message using local time instead of UTC

   Print message uses UTC instead of local time

   When I print an email using the Print button in the new Yahoo Mail interface, the printed header shows the email received time in UTC instead of my local time zone.

   I need the print header to display the local received time, as it did until a few days ago. This behavior changed recently.

   The email list and message view display the correct local time, but the Print View converts it to UTC.

   Please restore the previous behavior and display the email received time in the local time zone in Print View.

8. Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

   Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

   Current options are :
   Free: 15 GB || £1.99/ mo: 100 GB || £9.99/ mo: 1 TB

   Can Yahoo come up with something like 50GB and amount payable quarterly/half-yearly/yearly?

   Why does it have to be monthly ONLY????

9. mark as unread

   Please add a permanent Mark as Unread button to the yahoo mail ribbon.
   I know there is a button in options, but I use it a lot and having to open options every time is a hassle.
   Gmail conveniently has one that makes it very user friendly. So, I think Yahoo should have it too.
