   Please pay attention to which email addresses are blocked centrally so that they don't even end up in the spam folder. The BudapestGo application used for Hungarian public transport sends the confirmation link required for two-factor login from the email address noreply@bkk.hu. According to the Budapest Transport Center, emails from this email address are centrally blocked, so these emails will not end up in the inbox or the spam folder.I kindly ask you to unblock this email address, because I am currently unable to log into the application and cannot access my pass.

3. Add back Block Sender for unwanted emails

   We used be able to right click on an email or elipisis on top to block a sender. Where is that now. Please add back if removed. It is one of the main reasons we use Yahool mail

16. Validating ID for a 25+ old email account

    Your customer support is horrible. Please train your agents and make sure they are professionals. The process of verifying someone's identify is completely outdated. My email was created 25+ years ago and you guys want my valid drivers license as the ONLY method of validating my identity? I lost full access from my main personal email and now none of you can confirm/validate my access. I have my password in hand, I have my last email, I have everything BUT the name I created matching with my ID from 25+years ago. That's insane.

19. Is not user friendly on a laptop

    The whole screen cannot be seen. I have reduced the size of the font and the banner still covers the buttons needed to move e-mails to other folders and it is not user friendly like the old Yahoo Mail. But I don't see why I need to pay for something that works in lieu of getting something that is not user friendly.
