WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Differentiate Unread v. Read - Better ways to see the difference.
Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

    Contacts and editing contacts terrrible.
    See more emails on one page with new format: poor
    Check box in front of emails: poor. If you check outside box other boxes you check uncheck and you must start over.

  3. Yahoo Mail should render Meeting Invitations

    When meeting invitations, for an example from Outlook or Teams, are sent to recipients with Yahoo Mail, the invitations can be automatically added to the Yahoo Calendar. However, Yahoo Mail does not render the invites and display Accept/Reject buttons for interactive response to the meeting invites. Currently, I forwarded the invites to my Gmail and accept the invites from there, however, the acceptances were recorded with Gmail address. I hope Yahoo Mail team can close this important parity to Gmail. As Yahoo Mail falls behind with useful user capabilities like these, more and more long-term Yahoo Mail users might be…

  4. PLEASE CHANGE MY YAHOO MAIL - TO MY PREVIOUS BASIC YAHOO MAIL OPTIONS AS ONE WEEK AGO.

    I WOULD LIKE TO SWITCH TO MY PREVIOUS BASIC YAHOO MAIL OPTIONS RATHER THEN THIS NEW YAHOO MAIL.

    PLEASE ADVISE AS THERE IS NO OPTION AVAILABLE IN ANY MENU IN NEW YAHOO MAIL.
    NEW YAHOO MAIL HAS DISTURBED ALL MY DIRECTORIES AND THE WAY I AM USED TO WORK.

    DESIGNERS MUST UNDERSTAND THEMSELVES , I FEEL THEY ARE JUST TRAINEES AND YAHOO MANAGEMENT SHALL LOOK INTO ALL ASPECTS BEFORE LAUNCHING NEW VERSIONS.

  7. Vulgar Emails that are marked as spam

    How can I block all of these vulgar emails that are marked spam but i reached my maximum amount? Why is there a cut off for blocking ?? Why can't we keep ourselves safe and be able to block every single bad spam email? Why is it that i can't talk to anyone at yahoo for help???

  8. Make settings button more accessable

    Right now must scroll down to the bottom of all my (many!) folders (which yes, I like to keep expanded) to get to MORE... before I can click on Settings. Please move Settings to the upper right corner or somewhere equally as simple and quick to find. thank you

  10. Filing an Email is buggy

    This happened to me more than a few times while trying to file an email to a folder, and during the process, I accidentally hit some random keys on the keyboards, and Yahoo! Mail deleted the email which I was filing and some subsequent emails. I finally able to reproduce it more consistently by typing a number of characters and hit the backspace key once or a number of times and repeated that sequence if needed. This is awful that emails were deleted during the filing when you hit the wrong keys. As I'm typing this, I realized the problem…

    2006 yılından bu yana Yahoo Mail hizmetinizi aktif olarak kullanmaktayım. Uzun yıllardır sürdürdüğüm bu kullanım nedeniyle platformunuza olan bağlılığım oldukça güçlüdür.

    Ancak son bir aydır tarafıma iletilen depolama alanı yetersizliği uyarıları sebebiyle e-posta adresimi değiştirmek zorunda kalma ihtimaliyle karşı karşıyayım. Yaklaşık 20 yıldır aktif olarak kullandığım bir hesabı bu nedenle bırakmak benim için oldukça zor bir karar olacaktır.

    Bu kapsamda, mevcut depolama sorununun çözümüne yönelik tarafıma özel bir destek veya alternatif bir çözüm sunulup sunulamayacağını öğrenmek istiyorum.

  14. None. You need to fix this..

    I am UNABLE to permanently adjust/set the "Font Family or Font Size" (Default rich-text font). It's located as the last option on the screen and when I click on either tab (Font Family or Font Size), I'm not able to select any the drop down option due to the fact the screen will NOT scroll down to allow me to make a selection.

  15. Emails from Zoho Books (sender.zohobooks.com) silently rejected - not delivered to inbox, spam, or trash

    I am not receiving emails from message-service@sender.zohobooks.com (British Oak Montessori school invoices). The same emails are sent to both me and my wife - she receives them but they never arrive in my Yahoo inbox, spam folder, or trash. The sender is in my contacts and is not blocked. This has happened multiple times. Historical emails from the same sender were delivered fine in 2024-2025 but recent ones in May 2026 are being silently rejected. Please investigate why Yahoo is blocking legitimate transactional emails from Zoho Books for my account rfaee2002@yahoo.com.

  19. MUY URGENTE: Mejorar la opcion de pago ampliacion de memoria de la cuenta

    Hola buenos dias,
    Les escribo porque no puedo contactar con su equipo de soporte, he escrito una nota en la red social X.

    Es para avisarles que la opcion de contratar mas espacio en las cuentas de yahoo, no funciona correctamente.

    Ayer hice la contratación de espacion en 2 ocasiones y en las dos ha funcionado mal y ahora mismo tengo la cuenta de correo bloqueada y sin poder recibir correos.
