TIPS:
Disable Inbox Categories (All, Primary, etc) - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Inbox Categories.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Sort By Sender - This is still a sorting option, but you must disable Conversation view under your Settings. Then you will see "Sender name"
Disable AI Summaries - Go to Settings > AI features > Toggle Off

  2. Sorting Unread emails by Senders Name

    I have tried numerous times to sort my unread messages by sender's name and although the option is available, it does not sort. Can this issue be resolved as soon as possible? Would make removing unwanted emails efficiently. Thank you,

    Hi Paola, can we please have a bit more info? Can you please elaborate? Are you writing an email and it saves as a draft and when you go back it's gone? We can't try and replicate because we definitely need more steps, context. Thanks.

    Create an option for users to delete all UNREAD messages with date selection, ie delete all "unread message prior to 1/1/26"

  5. Sent Folder - Mass Actions

    I'm trying to clean up my sent folder. There is no way to select multiple messages and do a mass action on them such as delete, move, archive, mark read/unread. You have to do them one message at a time. Bring back all of the action buttons that used to be at the top and also the select all messages checkbox. I don't know why these aren't there. Should be at least consistent with the other folders especially because the sent folder is one of the main folders in any email app.

    Sometimes an e-mail is sent too quickly or hasn't been proof read thoroughly. It would be nice to be able to do edit or recall an e-mail.

  11. Put the option to go back to classic mail back on the option list. This is worthless emailnow.

    You can't tell what is read and not read easily. You can't put up multiple emails in different tabs. Too much stuff all over the place and it makes navigation to hard. Looks like a monkey designed this.

    Just fix it or give us the ability to go back to an older version.

    I hope you go bankrupt.

  13. BRING BACK THE OLD BASIC CLASSIC YAHOO MAIL LAYOUT

    Please restore Basic Mail or the Classic Yahoo Mail layout for my main account. The current desktop layout is difficult to use and is hindering my work. Another Yahoo account of mine still has the older layout, and I would like that option restored for my main account. i Love the Basic Classic version, its simple, clear, and easy to organize my work but the new version is confusing and too clustered. Please I would appreciate it if you can please bring back on my account the basic classic version. My email is ALANODECAPREO@YAHOO.COM Thank you

  16. Stabilise the font

    When using the App, the font gets too small to read. There is no consistency when I put the company logo. Sometimes it is there and then it is not. Can I link this to Outlook?

    Give us back our BASIC EMAIL. We don't want or need this new format. STOP trying to FORCE your new email on us. It's HORRIBLE and does NOT give us what we want. DO IT NOW!!

  20. Stop deactivating and deleting accounts

    I was unwell and not able to access my account. I came back only to find everything deleted. This email had all my documents from the past. Very important documents
