Option for keepers to not be applied in a round during the draft
in a league where draft picks are traded it gets screwed up because keepers are applied either in the first couple of rounds or the last couple. This in turn screws up the draft order. if i traded my first pick of the draft but my keeper is applied there it doesn't draft in order correctly. keepers should have the option to be applied simply before or after the draft is finished.

Yes, after the Commish sets the draft order (snaking/non-snaking), individual picks can then be moved to account for trades if necessary.
After the order of picks is determined, the Commish can then assign any player to any any draft pick. So a player kept in round 16 (of 20) could be put in round 16 for the correct owner before the draft. When that owner's 16th round pick comes up, the player will be auto-drafted.

The commish can currently assign keepers to any round. They do not have to be the first rounds or last rounds, any round is available.
This is a current function in commish tools, Draft Management.
