Attach from Recent Email Attachment Option
I see the attach from computer option for adding attachments to new emails, but where did the Attach From Recent Email option go? It was very handy and saved time not having to download and reattached. Bring back 'attach from recent email' option.

Fixing Issues with Fonts
I would like the Font that I selected in my Yahoo Mail settings to function when I write an email. I chose Classic- Medium. When I write an email, the font automatically reverts to Classic, Tiny. I have to consistently change the font while writing the email to Classic Medium. Can you fix this ongoing issue?

Contacts List Cut Off
1) I am not able to add a new contact to my contact list. When I open up New Contact, the box does not provide enough room for me to input the contact data. Only 1/2 of the contact information box is visible, as the contact information box is blocked by the inbox emails to its left. Can this please be fixed.

external images
Even though I have external images disabled in my settings, webmail (I'm using Firefox) is displaying those images anyway, with a message saying that they are shown by default, along with a link to the the settings. I've tried changing the setting back and forth just in case, and it still doesn't work.
This has only started happening with the recent site redesign.

Migration from Comcast
I've migrated from Comcast to Yahoo. There is no help available for technical issues on this migration.
The account that got set up for me at Yahoo is an IMAP account. l need it to be a POP account. The way to do this from my Mac OSX mail client is to delete the IMAP account and create a new POP account. I can delete the IMAP account on my Mac Mail client but I can't create a POP account. Improved Calendar Event Editing
When I edit an existing Calendar Event - change the date - then click on another field such as the time - the square calendar box where I selected the new date does NOT close. This makes it difficult to select the SAVE button. Please improve this.

file name of attachment
I sometimes receive emails with Attached files, and it's important for me to easily read the Full File name of the attached files, and I'd like to do this w/o opening the file.
For example, if I am working on a project with someone and they are sending me attachments with file names that have a rev number in them or other information in the file name that gives me information on the file. Protect Starred/Tagged Emails from "Select All" Deletion
The 'Select All' feature is fantastic for quickly clearing junk. However, when 'Select All' is used, it includes emails that I have already marked as Starred (or otherwise "tagged important").
My suggestion is that the system should be designed to automatically exclude any emails that are Starred/Tagged Important when the user selects 'Select All' for deletion. This would prevent accidentally deleting priority messages while mass-clearing the inbox.
In short: Starred/Important emails should be protected from the 'Select All' function for deletion.

Copy/paste an email address
Why is it impossible to copy/paste an email address?
For example, in the "To" you add a name. Then, there's no way to click it, to grab the text of the email address.

backspace deletes emails that are being replied to
When I try to reply to an email and I hit the back space, at all, it deletes the entire email. I just hit the back space on a very important thread of emails and it permanently deleted the entire string of emails I have been trying to work out a return for an expensive product for. Re-instate email link
I am very disappointed with the removal of linking email from my Yahoo email account to another email account. I was not aware of this feature removal and lost some business due to this change. This was a feature I relied upon.

Fix it so it still works with Mac Mail
smtp.mail.yahoo.com repeatedly either refuses to recognize the account I've used for years or the connection to the server simply fails.

Yahoo Email display window layout
The Yahoo email display doesn't make good use of the display area. Files, folders, contacts and calendars etc... all need to be hidden but pop-out displays and allow the user to utilise the email lists and the window of the contents of the email usefully. ie. email lists + a window for a selected email's contents.

Let us hide the contact list on the right of the screen that takes up so much space!!
PLEASE let us hide the list of contacts on the right of the screen.
This takes up so much room and I don't even use contact lists!It is now a very narrow inbox which is hard to read, especially for many disabled people with certain issues.

I strongly prefer the old desktop-style Yahoo Mail on Chrome (or any Chromium browser).
The former layout was vastly superior: intuitive, powerful, and built for real desktop use.
