  3. yahoo sucks I can not open links from my yahoo email anymore--VERY ANNOYING

    If I receive an email from yahoo , I expect to have the link open when I clickmon it. Instead I get a circle that goes round a d round and does not load. I got a new modem and had cable here to troubleshoot. The problem is YAHOO.

  6. I am totally sick of getting ads from QVC, dentists, beauty, etc that I DO NOT WANT and can’t unsubscribe! I totally resent this!

    Get rid of the constant ads that have no ‘unsubscribe’ button or else I’ll get rid of the Cox email that I have had for 30 years!!!

I cannot delete emails, the screen parameters are out of proportion, older emails titles etc., om the email page are now gray lines in each column; I can't respond to emails.     Dear Yahoo Support Team,

    I am writing to request assistance with an urgent issue regarding my Yahoo email account, I am currently unable to receive Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) codes, which is preventing me from accessing essential services like Udemy.

    The Udemy team has informed me that my account is blocked due to an MFA issue originating from my email provider. I understand that resolving this problem is crucial to regain access to my Udemy account and other services linked to my Yahoo email.

  11. Frontier merging

    Frontier merging with yahoo locked my email account and I have not been able to get into it since March 18th. I have spent combined hours with whomever you have hired to help and I have been given nothing but the runaround. I cannot access vital information from my Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, the kids school emails, nothing. It shouldn't take an act of congress to reinstate my password. I am very upset with Yahoo for the non help.

  13. Show a time stamp when sending messages in chat to avoid disconnecting.

    When chatting with tech support for any issue, it would be very helpful to show a time stamp for sent messages. This will help keep track of the 3 minutes in order to avoid automatically disconnecting from a chat. Also would suggest the time to change from 3 to 5 minutes. It is very annoying especially when chatting about an issue that requires much more than 3 minutes or 5 minutes. Perhaps the techs can control this on their end and thereby would avoid the customer or users from having to text to avoid getting disconnected. That last suggestion would…

  14. Fix your openweb comment filter, it's broken.

    Nearly every comment I make gets removed by your automated system without recourse including this one in response to another users comment asking why someone would request a mental aptitude test, and I quote "Or - because someone challenges your mental aptitude or ability..." How is this comment offensive or in violation of community standards? Yet nearly everything I post anymore is automatically removed - feel like I'm being targeted here.

    It's no longer possible to get help from Yahoo without paying for it. Looking for free help on Yahoo is just a big run around. All you will find are ads for their new paid support service. Yahoo wil not let me enable data sharing which is my right under California law, and I have found no way to complain about this on any Yahoo web page. What has happened to Yahoo?
