Portfolio 2.0 stinks
The old system was fine; used it for years. The Portfolio 2.0 has some 'neat' features but it's not worth the lost functionality in the old one, specifically the ability to edit individual fields in the data as the user might want, not limited to your ideas of what might be useful. I've already deleted all mine and will move on to something else.

Can't say "cancer" on a board about a cancer company.
The board for Coherus (CHRS) rejects messages that mention "cancer". But the company is an immuno-oncology company, so it is all about cancer.
Meanwhile, you have permitted particular posters to destroy the conversation with bullying, racist, and misinforming comments, even though these have been reported to you scores of times.

Portfolio 2.0 Does not Sort correctly by % or $ (day change).
Converted to 2.0 today - now I cannot see how much a stock if up or down today - usually I sort by that. Now the column is combined with a $ and % amt, but repeatedly clicking the header does correctly sort by either $ or % descending or ascending.

As a older retired personal financial self planner, I have been using YAHOO, for awhile now. I find that the present Yahoo Finance MEETS MY NEEDS. No fancy charts, or graphs, or table, etc..That I DON"T NEED,OR WANT. Just PLAIN, and SIMPLE. I put in symbols in, I build a watch list, and your system shows me all I need. What has happened here, is ONE MORE TIME, a bunch of computer Geeks, get involved, and start screwing things up, TRYING TO BE CUTE. Leave what you have ALONE. Whatever happened to COMMON SENSE??? IT WASN'T BROKE, SO DON'T TRY…

I use Price Channels all of the time to mark resistance and support levels. It was there yesterday and now they are gone. Please add them back.

Why does quote page not update day range continuously like it does the volumes
Thanks for the redesigned Stock Quotation Page. I really like it! 👍👍
However it did not address my pet beef which has been there for the longest time 😔😀
The stock quotation page continuously updates the stock price. It also does the volume.
WHY DOES IT NOT UPDATE TODAY’s RANGE?
I understand the range does not change all the time, but it would be a piece of cake to continuously feed it just like it does for the quote and the volume.
Let us say I have not paid attention for 30 minutes, to get that info I have to…

"Todays gain" column bug in new portfolio view
Hi,
in new portfolio view, it shows "todays gain" aka meaning share daily change % only when there is position in this share or I am holding the share of the company. Meaning share position is inserted as a row into portfolio.
But must of my listis are watchlists and now with update it does not anymore show any online change for this lists. Please fix that bug.
All share listis are useless as there "-" for the daily change.Taavi Tomson

Equity Screener
The "Currency in USD" heading is wrong unless one only searches in USA. Perhaps should add a share price currency column so that users can be on the lookout. Also, an option to convert currency of the market cap. Trillions of krw really doesn't mean the company is top in the world. Understand EV would be difficult because some companies report financial items in currencies other than the share price currency. Having said that, why can't you solve this? Lastly, some ability to customise the columns eg P/BV, EV/EBITDA, div yld etc would be nice.

Dividend Transaction Editing
I'm loving the Portfolio 2.0 Beta. The dividend feature is really helpful and exactly what I was looking for. Even though the dividend transactions are accurate 98% of the time, sometimes there are duplicate transactions or some error in a reported dividend. However, currently, there is no option to edit the dividend records.
1. Please let there be an option where users can edit the dividend transactions after they have been automatically added to the dividends tab or let users add them manually also.
2. Can you please add a feature of yield on cost wherever applicable?

finance.yahoo.com is not functioning as it used to be (a step backward)
The search box behaves different than yesterday. Try type UNC or TWO. Both are legit stock symbols. However, it matched to a "private company". I have to type Unitedhealth to see Unitedhealthcare Group in the dropdown. Please reverse the change back to the previous version.

Total Gain vs 1 Year Gain vs Reality
Although I use my portfolio 2.0 to individually enter every single; deposit, fee and all stock transactions, I see -20.95$ loss on all time total gain, +46.33$ earnings on 5Y & 1Y gain, whereas my total gain of all time actually is +26.00$. (Been in the market since October 2023 so 1Y, 5Y and all time gain should show all the same.)

Wrong dividend transaction
As of 9 Nov 2023, I have 800 shares to S68.SI. But, in the Dividends page of Portfolio 2.0, it shows that I have 1,600 shares, which sums up to the wrong dividend amount.
Weird enough, in the next dividend date 20 Feb 2024, it shows that I have 800 shares again.

Search in Finance returns strange PRIVATE security
When I search in Yahoo Finance with a stock or ETF symbol such as XLV your search box will often bring up some strange Private XLV security that I have never heard of. It also happens with others such as SBUX or CRM. Please fix it.

Allow search of funds / ETF etc using the ISIN code
Apparently the Yahoo finance system does not categorize assets using ISIN codes which are widely used in the financial system. This is the reason why when we search for funds of similar introducing an ISIN code results are variable. Sometimes no result at all.

Finance Page Freezes Browser
The Finance page locks up my browser quite often. This has been going on for awhile and I see it's been reported before.

Hi there,
I feel like we've been going around in circles with this problem and haven't made any progress.
There is an issue with price chart for VEON on Yahoo Finance.
I have emailed the problem and have not got any response but "resolve possible issues with your browser"

I have tried to give a call to customer support but it is available only to paid subscribers

It Would Great If We Could See Our Cash Holdings At Top Of Our Portfolio Pages?
CAN'T SEE CASH AT TOP OF PORTFOLIO PAGES?
I am trying the New Beta Copy Portfolio you have just released.
However after changing my daughters Portfolio over to Test the beta Copy Portfolio.
I added in the CASH, then Saved the portfolio, selected the setting to include Cash in portfolio totals, but you have not allowed us to see our Cash Holdings without having to go back and forth to [MY HOLDINGS], every time we want to check our Cash Holdings.
Then we have to Scroll all the way to the Bottom of our stocks just to see how much…
