DECEMBER 2024 disappearance of Myyahoo.
The website NEW page is like going to a carnival not in the good way. OVERWHELMING with information, and I use that loosely, that I would never be interested in. I clicked on NEWS...and it was your choice of what is NEWS...not mine. Celebrities, sports, and other subjects I am forced to scan through to maybe find what I had handpicked on MYYAHOO. You have lost a customer.

New My.Yahoo wastes time and space!
Please go back to the oriignal My.Yahoo format. This new format is an incredible waste of space [too much blank white space & way to much scrolling needed as a result] and not organizes in any manner with concise description of news events, which causes a real waste of time. There's no organization here; just a "shotgun" approach to presenting the news.

My Yahoo replacement is the "new coke"
Been here for over 20 years (25+?). My Yahoo has been a single pane of glass for me and my preferred homepage that whole time. It gave me what I wanted on a single page = perfection. Now, I have to click through multiple pages to see what I had on a single page = garbage. I have changed my homepage to something else. You will no longer get any of my clicks (dozens per day * 20+ years).

Go back to MYYAHOO! You are choosing what I want to look at and in bulk!
MY IDEA is putting back MYYAHOO....If I presently click on News, I get celebrity new, sports news and all the other stuff I DO NOT CARE ABOUT. Who is responsible for this change? Give people a choice of this ridiculous presentation and the OLD MYYAHOO. My days are limited with yahoo.

The Quick End of My Yahoo
You told us that My Yahoo was going away "soon." I figured this meant that I had 30 or 90 days. I'm really disappointed that it went away so quickly (and that you didn't include a date in your announcement).
I hate that it's going away and would have liked you to keep it going. I have to assume that you did some financial analysis and determined that it wasn't worth keeping going. I'd prefer that you change your mind. I can't see why I'd have any relationship with Yahoo given this change.

No longer using Yahoo home page as much now!
Since you've taken away my personalized My Yahoo home page and replaced it with your new Yahoo home page full of ads and generic articles, I've already figured out how to us my books marks to take me to each section I had at my figure tips for 20+ years on my customized My Yahoo home page. I will no longer need Yahoo's home page. So BYE stupid new & better ideas of changing what I liked about Yahoo and used for over 2 decades!! No more Yahoo ads or money grabs from me..And I'll get my $5 back that…

The only way to fix this, is to restore My Yahoo to the way each of us configured the page!

Please bring back customizable feeds for My Yahoo
I don't like the new "My Yahoo" or Yahoo Homepage. I primarily used My Yahoo to get the RSS feeds for news and information that was important and interesting for me. For example, my finance watchlists, my sports team news, and local weather/news. I am pushed news and other information that I don't have much interest in. With the new layout, you should offer more to users, not take away features.

I thought I'd logged onto The National Inquirer.
What is this garbage that you think everyone is interested in? Are you trying that hard to dictate the info you think I should have or not have? It's a gaudy, jumbled mess of a home page. You told us there was a change coming but didn't warn us that it will no longer be personalized for me. We don't have any say at what we look at. And that we would be starting from scratch with all our info.

Destruction of my yahoo
This change is dreadful. Everything useful about yahoo has been utterly destroyed.
For crying out loud: could you not have left your loyal users SOMETHING? Some customization? Anything? Yahoo is now an atrocious and ugly feed consisting of a very high proportion of clickbait garbage, not tailored to the user at all.

Tell us the truth. What is the real reason.
I can't believe that you made a conscious choice to eliminate everyone's bookmarks. Something happened that you are hiding. Were you hacked so badly that you can't recover.? If this was a conscious decision and you think this is an improvement ,you should be fired From what I've read I'm not alone and you'll all be out of jobs. My laptop had not yet been affected while my husbands was. He could not even access feed back. So there are a lot of people that can't can't post their ire at this change. You'll see an mass exodus soon.

Ending My Yahoo home page
Now that you have removed my yahoo home page there is no longer any reason for me to utilize yahoo and I will be finding a new home page. A home page that does not accomodate my needs is not a useful home page, only some elses advertising platform. It has been a long run with Yahoo but it is no longer useful to me. Goodbye

Dissappearance of My Yahoo and all our personal content
Like anyone at Yahoo would even read this about MyYahoo since you just took everything down. I never got an email stating that you would completely eliminate all my bookmarks or I would have gone in and copied them all down. I did get a message that My Yahoo was going away in the future, but then you just did it without giving us a date or I might have been able to recover these. Are these items available anywhere now or are they gone for good for your loyal customers of over 20 years. Seems like you at least…

New MyYahoo page is useless to me
You removed the stocks module and the sports scoreboard. I loved having this info next to the news and weather. I'm leaving you now that you've removed the utility of this page.

With the my.yahoo page, I could open it and see all my important information without having to go to several diffirent tabs fillid with information I don't care about. Keep my.yahoo as I set it up.
